I ordered a chicken tikka masala but what I had got was nothing other than a sweet curry looks reddish. I'm not sure they really understand how chicken tikka masala looks like. Not only bogus but it's pretty disappointing and disgraceful. Those are ordering possibly does not know how authentic Indian food taste. It's a shame on Indian food πππππ.

Clearly fairly popular in Fareham highstreet. Visited in truth on a Saturday evening when plenty of competition for seats.Nothing exceptional decorwise but Proprietor - I assume - made effort to get us seats pretty quickly and his staff around him - particularly again I assume his daughter - were very efficient. Not the greatest Dansak I've ever eaten, but not worst either. And as I say, overworked Saturday ...Would happily revisit at a quieter time if poss x

Popped in for a curry after visiting the west street ale house just a few doors down.We hadn't booked but we're welcomed and shown to a spacious table for 4.Our orders for drinks and food were taken by a very polite young man who read back our order just to check it was correct.Within minutes our drinks arrived, and our food following shortly after which was very tasty and a good sized portion.A very reasonable price and due to the very good service a healthy tip was given.Restaurant was lively but not over noisy and appears to be a regular haunt for many groups. We will return to sample other tasty dishes in the future

So I just ordered 2 meals as delivery, costing around Β£25. On delivery and taking the first dish out the brown paper bag and the brown paper bag out of the carrier bag the meal fell through the paper bag and onto the floor where it was soggy making the meal in edible and had to be chucked in the bin, on phoning the first time and someone answering the phone, but not actually talking, took me another 14 times to get the phone answered, only to be told that they couldn't do anything and would have to wait till next time, not happy at all when spending that sort of money, the first meal was actually dished up, was cold, watery and tasteless, so again went in the bin!!!

Booked in advance. Had a short wait in bar area where we got our drinks and had a scan of the menu. Starters were excellent, just the right amount so still had room for mains. Bit of a wait for mains, as last day of eat out to help out so understandable, but the waiter was quite sociable so didnt feel that long tbh. Mains were great, I like it spicy and thats what I got. I have been before which is why we went again and were not disappointed. Our new favourite place when we are in Pompey.
