I haven't been here for a long time , about 3 years. It was a shame as it seemed quiet . The cocktails I thought wasn't great at all . I know they lower the price but I would rather pay more to get a decent drink . It was like drinking a non alcoholic cocktail

Does what is says on the tin..... Any idea what meat this is? Absolutely terrible. Can use these pieces of cement for floor tiles if you hate your shoes.

When we arrived at the bar the staff seemed welcoming, but when my husband asked where the disabled toilets were she seemed to give a frosty response as though she didn't think wither of us required the disabled toilet. But not every disability is clear, as mine is hidden. Also she kept watching how many times my husband went to the water fountain. It wasn't as though we weren't paying customers as he had a coffee whilst we were waiting to cat h our next bus home.I don't think we we will be going back to this wetherspoons again.

For the money you pay it is very good value. Plenty of choice on the menu for breakfast. You can also get free refill of coffee and the price being £1.20 very good value and you can have your coffee of choice from expresso to flat white to black etc. First cup was a bit colder than would have liked but might be because of the cup bring cold.

Good old 'Spoons. The age-old haunt of a billion students and purveyor of the cheapest, best value hangover breakfast in any town in the world. It's a Saturday morning so the Friday night riff-raff, chavs and walks-of-shame all make their way to the nearest Wetherspoons because it serves a good old hearty greasy English fry up for less than a KFC - and clever marketing has convinced them its classier. Where else can you get leathered until wee hours, score in toilets (which you need a compass, torch, crampons and non-stick soles to get to), and be able to make your way back within a few hours for a dodgy fry up served by the same people who were throwing their ring up on the doorstep only hours before?Good old 'Spoons. Can't fault the place.A trio of us popped in for a fry up, ordered everything on the app and waited the obligatory 30 seconds before the teas and hot chocolates arrives. They're very quick, I'll give them that. Extra mushroom for her (because although the menu says mushrooms, you do only get one) and a breakfast wrap for me because I miss the Maccy Ds ones (you can't get them any more). 10 minutes later all arrives, except the 60p extra mushroom. I let the server know, she seems to be hungover and disinterested but will ask the kitchen - a minute later and she tells us the kitchen put a mushroom on the plate. I have to chase her across the floor to the bar to show her my order and demand an extra mushroom... because I've paid 60p for it. 60 seconds later it arrives , so fair play, when pressed and shown evidence they will actually give you what you order. The food is OK. I'm not sure where else you can get infinite tea, coffee and hot chocolate, a small english breakfast, a regular English breakfast and a breakfast wrap with a small english breakfast in it for £15. No complaints there, just expect what you pay for. But everyone there knows that already - including you.Summary: Come on it's 'Spoons innit. Cheap food, cheap beer, cheaply paid staff and everything is edible, drinkable and the screaming kids, hungover sailors and fish wife gobs are all part of the fun! 3 stars! Its OK!

Sat down and ordered from App had a few drinks then the 3 for £10 option there were 4 of us so we had 6 for £20 I must recommend the chicken wings but sadly the prawns are no longer on the menu they were great too. All served hot to the table by very polite staff. Had a few more drinks then all had main meals which were great. We love this weather spoons.

Most of the staff here are rude and stuck up. There are of course a few exceptions but your probably better of going to the Crown down the road if your going for drinks. If it's for day time food you'll probably be alright here but Spoons food is never that amazing no matter which one you go to (great for the price though).

Went in on a Monday at 10.00hrs as I knew it would be quiet. The bar and table area were very clean and well presented. Ordered a couple of breakfasts and 10 minutes later they were on our table looking lovely. We both thought the breakfast was great, couldn't fault it at all and on top of that the staff were great.

This is the cleanest and best run Wetherspoons we have visited. However we avoid the food which we find to be poor. Their real ale has been too cold but after lodging a complaint it would appear to have been corrected.

Been today with family and came across a lovely waitress. Didn't catch her name but never seen her before. Lovely little lass with long auburn hair. Professional, polite and friendly. Make sure you keep hold of her.
