The Silver Fern in Fareham

One of our favorite pubs to visit, really nice staff, tasty food, pool table, big garden with flat screen tv, play area for kids, dogs allowed

We sat in the beer garden in the sun, nice pint of San Miguel, sadly they'd run out of brandy so my wife settled for a double Krakken!! Friendly and helpful bar staff. Altogether we enjoyed our short stay

We all had items from the Senior's menu, excellent food. Choice and food quality. Definitely value for money, 2 courses for £6.99

Great place for lunchtime meals. Get served quickly they have range of cask ales. They have free WiFi via Cloud.

Whilst the staff are trying hard this place is MASSIVELY understaffed. When the food arrives its good and reasonably priced. Beer is good. But the wait.....

Greene King pub, so you know what to expect. I went on a Saturday lunchtime, and it was very busy, but the restaurant part was OK. Quite a small car park, but public one across the road. Staff very friendly, and food was good.

Nice enough pub, good ale, I had the Greene King Fireplace, their winter ale, well kept and very pleasant. Good was ok, certainly nothing to complain about but nothing to get too excited about.

Went for a walk along the coast then dropped in for a drink and spot of lunch. The food looked and tasted good with a good choice from the menu. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of room inside to eat and a nice cover seating/eating area outside(which is also heated). Dog friendly so he was happy( as he got made a fuss of). A play area for the kids to play on and room for them to run about. Plenty of parking to the side of the pub. Well worth a vist.

First time here...First impressions was good so im glad didn't get dissapointed with service.Very helpful and efficientI was craving chicken wings and demmit didn't I get a plateCome hungry or with takeaway box cos portion foe 1/2 kg almost took me the f out .....Nice Sunday afternoon
