I've been ordering from Causeway Bay for a few years now. Never once have had a bad meal. Nice friendly staff. Have always recommended people to Causeway and always will.

Very weird Chinese, the photos are salt and chilli chips... More like fryed new potatoes, then salt and chill ribs.... Bite size dry no flavour and comes with lettuce? Then crispy chill beef, the beef was ok the sauce not that great it was wet no flavour. The best part of the meal was the curry sauce... Won't order from here again.

Absolutely fantastic yet again will always have the best Chinese in the whole of Hampshire can't wait to order from you guys again, on the scale of 1 to 10 we give you 20 all the time thank you again xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Food is decent for the price, chicken balls are quite greasy and the delivery driver was horrible, just sat there ringing the doorbell that doesn't work and never thought to knock on the door. Only knew the food was there after he phoned me 5 minutes after arriving with the food; he was very rude on the phone being extremely sarcastic and honestly if I could be bothered I'd personally complain to his boss for his manner.If the delivery hadn't annoyed me as much as it did then I would have definitely rated higher. Get better customer service please

Just stumbled upon this place. Shop isn't particularly inviting, but my god the food was amazing. I've struggled to find a good Chinese takeaway for a while now, but this place is mt new favourite. We had the chicken ball, Barbecue Spare ribs, Singapore noodles crispy chilli beef...... excellent

We have been going here for a few years now.Lovely food good service they always deliver to us before the hour delivery wait.We always order the set meal for 2 people plenty of food there for 2 people we always have left overs for next day.

Absolutely disgusting experience! We ordered through uber eats last night, we had been waiting 1h 30mins and still had not received our order we called the restaurant to find out it had been cancelled because they could not find our address (have ordered from this restaurant before for delivery never had an issue as well as ordering from plenty of other places with the issues) very unhelpful on the phone. We have paid for a Chinese that we never received and now will not issue a refund! They was trying to re charge us delivery also when we had already paid it and it is not our fault that there delivery driver could not find out address. By this time it was 9.40 and I had a very hungry daughter who had been waiting for this as a treatAbsolutely disgusting service after using them several times we will not be using again.

Not a fan of their chicken curries, but set menu B will fill any1 up.

Never had a problem with food as it tastes pretty good.. service could be better lady with brown hair is a misery guts. Sometimes my order has been wrong but they are very quick to recify it. Go back quite alot as the food is good and hot. Service u can get over as its the same nost places nowadays grumps everywhere
