Costa in Gosport

Visited today whist delivering to a near by store. I was greeted by very friendly staff. The store manager was very bubbley and kind. I often find when walking into a coffee shop in highviz clothing and using the loo the staff can sometimes be a little less welcoming. But this was not the case! Very friendly. Toilets also clean and everything was great.

Really nice I here even when it's absolutely pouring down outside its really nice to sit near the big windows at the front with a nice hot drink. Very clean, on our way in after parking the tables we being cleaned down which was nice to see. Very friendly and fast service. Drinks and cakes were very nice too. Only called for a quick drink and ended up staying over an hour. Thanks Costa

The people at the drive through who work here are LOVELY!!! literally the only place I know that will do two separate orders if you tell them you're support worker! Sometimes you're out with someone and they want a coffee and it's really nice that here you can actually get one with them. They are friendly and genuinely nice! Never an issue with orders and the wait isn't that long with quick service.

Always friendly, always as prompt as possible. Love that I can still enjoy a delicious coffee without any dairy products. If they just used dairy free cream.... it would be perfect.

A*** Great branch of our favourite coffee stop. They have really nice bacon baps. Staff are jolly and efficient so we never have to queue for long. Coffee is consistent and yummy. Like the new Colombian blend in my cappuccino 😁

I visited and had a Chai Latte. The staff were friendly and professional, everywhere was tidy, and a random but appreciated observation was the toilet area was really clean!! The latter is often forgotten and it always makes me wonder about things "behind the scenes"!!

Good food as ever but slow service through the drive through. Costa Could also do with a menu board further back in the queue so you aren’t deciding what to have while ordering which adds extra time. Friendly staff though and hopefully a bit quicker when the cafe opens up for eating in again.
