Delivery did not arrive (can prove by 24/7 CCTV), was blatantly lied to on the phone by "driver" who insisted he had handed me the delivery and had been here many times (not true). Refunded by Just Eat following complaint. Recommend you go elsewhere this felt like some sort of scam

Been ordering from here for a long time through just eat and have been very happy with the food and service. Unfortunately tonight the restaurant cancelled my order after took over 18 quid out of my account which will now take 14 days to be replaced. the after the app

Been there twice this month as I stopped using this place due to the poor food and not listening to orders properlyFirst time I went, a woman order about £60 of food, then I stepped to the counter yo make my order for 1 meal and as I start telling her my order she just picks up the phone and takes another food order for another £60 so I just left, no point waiting for thatThen last week popped in with my friend as we were late for going out that evening, asked for 2 curries with NO ONIONS as he has an allergy, thought it would be easy if I asked for both to be onion freeGot home his had almost a whole onion in it so getting orders wrong hasnt changed much at all herePic attached was a beef curry with no onion due to allergy

Food was absolutely tasteless, love Chinese but could not eat it, won't use again.

Food poor quality, duck over cooked and very dry. Chicken chow mein warm not hot. Immediately sick after eating. Never again

Food arrived, 2 hours after placing the order, cold, salt and chilli squid was far, far, far too salty, crispy chilli beef?? no, soft, chewy beef. Delivery driver was more cheesed off than I was!!!! Asked for a partial refund, to be told, 'I no understand you' and phone put down. The worst, I mean, THE worst food, customer service and service I have ever thrown my hard earned money at. Give this rip off take away a very, very wide berth. Most of the food in the bin now. Ruined my Saturday evening. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favourite take away for 20 years. I now live in Australia, came back recently and it's been taken over, the food was still Gt but I can't remember the new name?...I want to make contact so that I can ask for two recipes, one being the BBQ sauce...anyone help?
