Mcdonald's Restaurants in Gosport

Food good but always seems to be slower moving forward in the drive thru lanes. Have learnt to allow extra time for this when visiting.Update: visited after 1230 8th April as a further test following my review. Drive thru q was already back into the car park and it did not take long for it to reach the entrance. Took just over 15 mins to pass through. Not going to speculate on reasons & causes. Once home found the requested additional bacon, printed in the special order, was missing. I shall continue to use Newgate Lane in future.

Very rarely if ever get the correct order, usually they don't put the dips in, and for fast food it's not particularly fast!

I was at this store for the very first time and I had a disability so I decided to use this lift which was very convenient. I ordered my food from upstairs and was quite quick and the customer service was very nice especially this young man who brought my food up to me who had glasses and was very polite. I will definitely come back here again.

Yet again seems like they're becoming neglectful. This is probably the sixth time I've ordered via an app and yet again they forget something.The orders I make aren't small either. I order 4 meals and extras on the side this time they left my meal completely out and also the fries. I get it 'oh we're busy' I've heard it all Before.So it's either they're neglecting customer orders or their drivers are lifting things out the bags. Either way very disappointed.

Food is great along with all the staff, all apart from the one lady with a so called "customer care" title on her badge. We (my husband, 11 year old son and myself) accidentally walked in the wrong entrance and got a confrontational "customer or delivery" barked at us. We replied "customer" in a smiley polite manner. She then said "well you need to go back out the door and walk around to the other entrance." We were taken back and asked if just this time we could take the 2 steps forward needed to place our order at the self service machine. She huffed and walked away. We ordered our food and sat down to eat it. The lady in question then continued to clean tables near to us and where 2 young boys were quietly sitting. She accidentally removed their table number sign and we over heard them politely say "oh sorry that was our table number sign" she pushed it back and said "well you need to keep it nearer you!" We could not believe how she spoke to them as they had been polite towards her. This behavior is just not necessary or acceptable.

Ordered 2 large meals, chips didn't reach the gold bar of either box, 1/4 pounder had 4 measly little bits of onion, barely a squeeze of sauce and was lukewarm. Double big mac was cold, took forever to get the food. Anyone in management there bother about quality control????. BRING BACK GOSPORT HIGH ST BRANCH

After not being able to get a delivery we went down to the drive through, done our order, was given our order- before driving away checked the bags, as always,..missing fries (ordered 3 meals!!) phoned while still sat at window 2-no one answered so I had to get out the car and go to the window to ask for my missing fries!! Then asked do I have my receipt?! You just gave me it!! And had the cheek to check our bags!Appalling customer service at brockhurst gate !

I have a very bad Lactose Allergy and i specifically asked for my meal to come WITHOUT cheese. I ordered a Large Big Mac Meal and when i received my meal the receipt and the label on the box clearly stated NO CHEESE. I took one bite to find it had cheese in it and now i’m extremely poorly. I can’t seem to find an email address to send a complaint too. As i’m really not happy.

Poor, bordering on cold, flat drink and half my burger was missing...never fails to disappoint

The service is extremely poor. I understand they were busy but there clearly didn't seem to be any organisation and appeared as chaos which resulted in mistakes due to poor management. Whilst there I witness several orders were incorrect and missing items. My order was missing items after waiting for long period order because they forgot about it.
