Subway Grange Road in Gosport

The staff were making up prices for things even though the prices were clearly shown on the menus. Drinks dispenser not working and tried to charge 30p extra for bottled drinks even though there was no other option for the Meal deal. Tried under changing me and then complained I was being picky when I mentioned it.

Nothing wrong with the food, however, the service was all over the place...I ordered a steak and cheese wrap as a meal deal; at the till they tried to charge me for my friends food despite me saying I was just paying for the one; then after that was clarified, I was charged for extra meat despite me not asking for it 🤦‍♂️There was a bit of a queue, so it was a tad embarrassing having to argue over the price...

Ordered a footlong and received a 6inch, doritos had no cheese or jalapeños and was sent 3 bottles of mint iced tea instead of 2 peach iced tea.

What an absolute mess. No care taken when making the subs, bread ripped, salad thrown in, also had a full cup of onion had to ask to take some off. Salad box was also thrown together messily, meat went in, in a lump. There were arguments behind the servery along with one of the guys telling the other to F off. I had my 9 and 11 year old god kids with me. Shocked.

Shockingly bad Subway store. The service is terrible and doesn't get better no matter who is serving. Service is excruciatingly slow. Staff have no idea about most of their menu and its as if you're speaking a foreign language to them. Staff also didn't understand when I was trying to use points on my app for a free sub, despite showing them on the app on my phone. Hygiene is poor. Staff don't change gloves when touching items for people with dietary requirements. Staff are more concerned with online/phone orders than orders in the shop. Communication between staff members is poor. The list could go on.

I'm a giant Subway fan, I love it! Visit stores all over the country, and you know what to expect. But not at this store...Always very slow service, poor communication, and terrible preparation skills.Take a look at the "Festive feast" and "Mega Meat" they've served up in store today, as they say a picture paints a 1000 words.

If there was 0 stars i would definitely give them 0 ordered a Sub yesterday and the quality was just disgusting... dry old bread which seemed to have been from yesterdays batch... had 2 cucumbers and a countable amount of sweets corns not even nicely spread out. Seriously sort out your stuff maybe give extra training.. and i know about your expired drink syrups you serve....

Visited today 23/12/21 to get my children some lunch. I had to remind the server to change his glove after touching an open bin before he prepared my meal. The other person who puts the salad on was rushing around and didnt want to put any salad on the sub. He wanted me to feel guilty they were running out of sweet corn. The third server touched all the cookies with his glove that he has been wearing tending the till and doing other stuff. Out of the 3 servers only 1 wore a any form of hair protection abcap no he was working on the till. I don't think I will be going back there. Thanks but no thanks.

Great BMT on Italian bread & the service was quick & cheerful. Can't ask for anymore. Sometimes these places get busy & I don't mind waiting but this place has rapid service & was clean throughout which means that is here can do it, why can't other Subway's! Yum!

Just received this poor quality of service from Subway, Alver Village Square. Salad bowl half full with four pieces of chicken.Footlong BMT was lacking in salad as ordered. No lettuce, no cheese, about three pieces of pepper and no cucumber.Very, very poor service and quality of food. It suggests to me that as we are unable to watch them make the food, they believe they can get away with poor customer service as there is no recourse once the food has bern delivered. Disgusted with this excuse of an order and won't be ordering from here again.On the other hand, the Just Eat delivery was superb.
