Subway in Gosport

Great in-store service. They make a brilliant sandwich tailored to your request for the optimum experience. The allergen advice is incredible clear. But I am only giving 4 stars for the online services. I ordered a Subway to eat with my friends and myself. Was not up to standard, when I opened the packaging I had to build the sandwich myself and the bag was in a complete mess. Overall, great service and great food.

Shame you have to give 1 star to say something so make my score minus 1 ... had to wait for someone so wife and I popped in because of snack items advertised in window. Nachos, chicken bites and Meatballs.Nachos stale and awful, Meatballs so cold cheese didn't even sweat let alone melt and the chichen bites were atrocious. Totally disgusted and now both our stomachs are not good.

Awful place, wrong food and bad customer service.Ordered online via just eat, when it arrived it wasn't what we ordered, I ordered tuna with mayo and got chicken of some sort with bbq sauce. Asked for it to be toasted and its stone cold and clearly not toasted. Called the store to asked them to refund and we would return the food but the woman just kept trying to blame the poor driver. She said that she prepared it her self and it left boiling hot but we are literally 2 minutes drive from the store and if it had left boling how is it now stone cold? Had no apology just kept trying to make excuses before hanging up. I will be taking this further as she clearly needs some customer service training! AVOID!!

fabulous staff will have a conversation with anyone whilst waiting. Got aveything thing I asked for. Everything was hot and it's was lovely

Ordered through Just Eat discusting air bread with no filling Nachos no cheese and cookie smashed up and raw DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY called them the girls answer wax I didn't make it very helpful

Very tasty.But oh my!....frustratingly slow 🐌I mean....really slow!They were trying hard. But why do managers have to try and maximise their profits by staffing their outlets with just kids 🤔

Instant 5 stars. The employees here are extremely friendly and very professional, infact they will converse with you while toasting your sandwich. Would definitely recommend this place

I've been going here regularly for 6 years and it's the best fast food in the high street. Employees (especially Vick) are very efficient and dynamic. It's also rarely busy which is a plus. Hugely recommend.
