The staff is always nice and friendly even with the horrible customer that they have to service at a daily basis.

Always takes the shine off a takeaway!How long will it be before fast food outlets find a better way of transporting liquids than in a precarious cardboard drinks holder in a paper carrier bag?Just been in and collected a takeaway, (although for some reason it says 'eat in' on the receipt). I tried my hardest to keep the bag upright on the short car journey home, (about one mile), but when I got to my destination, I picked the bag up and the bottom fell out, along with lots of sticky Coke that went all over my car seat. It was only valeted last week!Liquids being transported in containers with holes in the top, on wobbly cardboard trays in equally unsuitable paper bags is never going to work.I can't believe I am the only person that has this issue, but most fast food outlets, (Burger King, McDonalds, KFC et al), all seem to use this ludicrous method for carrying. I would willingly pay extra for a more convenient container, but these leaky ones are only ever the option.Three stars, because at least the food and service was good.

Rowdy group of teenagers came in not to eat but for one of them to use the toilets. Very loud shouting at staff and customers. Very rude.

Tried to buy a hamburger but was told I could only buy a Whopper. Worst customer service I have ever experieced

They had no simple cheese burger for my elderly relative to order and the crispy chicken I ordered was rather slimy rather than crisp.The chips (french fries) were OK though.

It's okay. I ordered the burger in the picture and it was very underwhelming in comparison. Good value for money though.

Not a great burger King. Service is pretty slow and the ingredients don't taste very fresh. Toilets are up a huge flight of stairs, a small disabled toilet is available downstairs. No parking available as its in the town center.
