Very tasty with a fair size portion. Complimentary crackers is a nice bonus

Fairly priced and food of a good quality and taste . Have used them for many years with no issues.

Only giving them a one star as I can’t provide a 0 rating. There customer service is appalling. I have used their take away service for the past 10 yrs and I’m appalled at the way in which I was treated by the driver and employee over the phone. I will NEVER be ordering food from them again.

The food was nice but the just eat driver got lost and the food was cold when it arrived. I have since tried to order from the restaurant again and because I complained that the food was cold I have been blocked from ordering from the restaurant which is ridiculous! I have spoken to the restaurant and are appalled that I have been blocked from there by them for this and have been told by them to take my business elsewhere! Horrible service and attitude towards a customer.

This was the 2nd time we used the China Dove first time not too bad this time awful. Waited 2hrs food cold half the order missing. Called restaurant chef said I could have 20% off another order which I refused all I wanted was the other half of the order after an argument they reluctantly delivered it. The female staff were very polite and helpful. The Chef and Co are rude and arrogant. Will never use them again. Quality of food very poor. Attitude worse.

No one should order anything from here. The food is okay but the owner/manager has a terrible customer service skill. I always order food from here because I haven’t found other option due to been very new to the area.

Absolutely VILE food!!!! it actually made me heave... like actually everything i ordered, i had a small group of friends round who all of them could not bare to eat it either... very disappointed after hearing such good reviews, when i called to complain the lady got extremely argumentative and aggressive towards me. Shocking!!

Would never order from hear again. Told me on phone my food was 25 I ordered a bottle of coke as the women on the phone said that all they had and she said 26.80. Took nearly two hours to come no bottle of coke, was cold when dished it up got two portions of chips when I asked for one and they was cremated look as if been cooked in dirty oil and left for hours. Rice was stodgy and bland. Chicken chow main is awful. Prawn toast was brunt and had vile taste to it. Couldn't even eat the salt and pepper chicken if only I got put a pic up of it!!! Even the crackers had a nasty taste to them. When I've rang them all I get is the manger says he'll give me 10% discount next time I order! As if I'm gonna order again after this it will be the first and last time. I'm off to bed hungry now as all that food is good for is the bin.

The delivery driver had no idea where we were and wouldn't listen to my instructions, just kept talking over me. He tried to make me pay again even though I'd used the app online to pay. Showed him my confirmation email and he still looked doubtful. Half my soup had leaked from the container and all the food was lukewarm. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like straight up vinegar. I'll NEVER be ordering from this restaurant again.

Too much of the food is microwaved. Received a Singapore fried rice with frozen veg in it.This happened previously and I didn't say anything. Today they forgot the prawn crackers and could not care less. She said something about I didn't ask for the complimentary ones that come with it, despite every other place giving you what you expect. Will not be using this place again due to the horrendous customer service and lack of care for errors made.
