Costa Coffee in Gravesham

Rubbish service, cheap and mannerless staff, no professionalism at all, speak like animal one girl, I love costa coffee otherwise I would never go this place. 0/10 service

Friendly staff, Good food and drinks, Good service, plenty of seating...

Asked if the croissant was fresh from that morning 30 minutes after they opened, I was told it was..... It wasn't.

Not the nicest Costa - whilst I queued for a flat white (slow slow service) by the cake counter I could see fruit flies had infiltrated one cake stand whilst next to that a blue bottle was crawling over the millionaires shortbread as the staff had not placed the heavy glass cover properly. Won't be revisiting for a coffee and definitely not any food that isn't in a plastic wrapper. Grubby and unpleasant.

The server wasn't overly welcoming, especially when she learned my coffee was free courtesy of Vodafone. Now I know why I go to Coffee Republic

Excellent coffee shop, very big lots of space, good food and drinks, very nice sofas and seating and tables.

Ordered an ice coffee, in a large cup, the waitress repeated ‘medium’ to my face and started making it. Of course I was charged for a large. The workers need to listen a little more clearly.

Very average. Staff were not too busy but got confused over a very simple order. I did a click and collect, got there showed my order and they gave me the wrong one then spent more time than I could have ordered trying to get the right one. In the end they had to make it again. They weren't that busy either which was a shame. In the end the coffee was good and so was the sandwich.

Great as always, seasonal drinks are delicious! Desserts are just the best. Staff is nice and service is fast. Good choice of snacks and alternative drinks. Pleasant atmosphere. Would come again if visiting this town.

Its alright, but it depends on what you get. Its a real hit or miss with most of there items and is a bit overpriced. However, if u live Costa , I would really recommend this place as it has a great aesthetic and service. There is alot of seats and parking nearby, its also near shops and a high street.
