Creams Cafe in Gravesham

Pretty empty, but was clean and a friendly place to sit and eat ice cream with my daughter.

Gravesend creams delivery via Just Eat. AVOID1 sundae short, got someone else’s milkshake. The waffle had no sauce although selected. Had a white chocolate crepe delivered with some surprise sliced strawberries - that were not wanted due to an allergy. Tried to phone, of course no answer and refund will take up to 7 days!Out of about 6 deliveries over this year only 1 has been correct!

I have ordered waffle and with forest Ice cream and I only got this what do you see in a picture when I confront the staff they say that I have an order it but my two adult children they have ordered waffle with chocolate chip ice cream and they got it normally .. very unhelpful staff probably not even understanding what they doing we haven't received the order all in one time it all came 5 to 10 minutes late between them I would never use this facility anymore

Really disappointed with our visit. This is the first time I have been to the gravesend branch and we won't be back. We ordered and the drinks arrived quickly, we had bottles of coke but instead of being given a glass we got paper straws which just caused so much froth when trying to drink. I wanted to use the loo before my food came, when I went in one cubical was locked but empty, one was filthy and one which was passable but no toilet paper, the other toilet also had no paper so I went out to ask. I was told I could have a napkin for my hands but I explained that I needed the loo and was handed the blue roll used to clean tables. I had ordered a cookie dough dessert which I'd had in other branches before. This one was served in a banana boat shaped dish on greaseproof paper, I didn't get any pics as I was so shocked at how bad it was, it was like they were trying to do the minimum washing up. There were only 2 customers the entire time we were there and now we know why. Shocking. I'll stick to Chatham dockside which is much better.

Deserts much bigger when eating in compared to take away, staff are really nice and will do what they can to make u feel welcome.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Admittedly it was a while ago I went. Too afraid to go back…… place was filthy, tables unclean, toilets disgusting, disinterested staff, drinks arrived and waited over an hour for the food. Utterly awful. Like I say, too scared to return to give it another go, which is a shame. I like a pudding 😋

It's a treat to eat at Creams! Warm and friendly atmosphere, delicious treat at a great price.

One of the best Creams they do their toppings well well normally youre scraping and scrounging to be fulfilled by the toppings but with Gravesend it was amazing will defo go back soonActually went back and the service was amazing Chaniya went above and beyond to look after us and the team Georgie,Mantas and Maria made sure our order was to the T everything we asked for. Will be going back for sure

Very clean, social distancing was practiced, staff were attentive and friendly.... but the food.... was AMAZING!! Couldn't fault it at all, other than it was too nice and now I'm suffering lol. We ordered a beuno cookie dough, the bulker (protein shake), mango smoothie, oreo crepe and a slushie and each one were just perfect!

Amazing waffles freshly cooked when in store! Kinder Bueno milkshake is very good! Prices are all good also my only issue is the staff look like they would rather be else where! No smiles and poor service,
