Helpful staff and good quality food.

Not enough filling in the thick bread sandwich, ended up chucking the two sandwiches I brought, got stingy with their portions and over priced, defo won't be back

Majority of staff are pretty rude, but nothing compared to the manager. Ordered a skinny latte and then overheard her say to the waitress, we don’t do that so just give them normal milk, without informing me.They won’t go out of their way to accommodate allergies and for their prices, they should. Very expensive for basic food.I would like to say that the blonde hair lady who works there is actually very nice and polite.

Nice friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced

Asked for 2 teas and got a huge pot I didn't ask for. Ordered a prawn cocktail salad and got a plate of slop..would expect the egg to be at least free range for the price, it wasn't. Very awful salad i could barely eat at an overpriced £5.75..I will not be back.

Have been a customer here for over 12 years, the freshly made sandwiches are the best. Lovely staff, always polite and friendly. I highly recommend Crumbs, and if you have the time, sit in for a cuppa and breakfast/sandwich, nice relaxing experience.

If you're in Gravesend and want a cup of tea, coffee , snack or lunch this is the place to visit. Very friendly and efficient. Food delicious (toast basket ideal breakfast, lovely jacket potato for lunch). Been coming here weekly for years

Ordered two rolls and a sandwich this morning, the girl serving wasn't paying any attention to what I was asking for, resulting in when I returned home the ham sandwich I ask for was cheese added extra 2 hairs and an eye lash inside, the other 2 rolls not nice at all, over £10 won't be returning ever. feel their standard's have dropped .
