Curry Mecca in Gravesham

Visited the restaurant tonight after being recommended by a friend what a lovely restaurant very friendly staff lovely decor food and service excellent I am fussy with my chicken dansak it was perfect would definitely recommend and will be using again

We went for a meal to celebrate my daughters birthday. Lovely warm friendly restaurant. Asked our server for guidance on some of the dishes. All the food was beautifully cooked and delicious. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Definitely want to eat here again.

First time back since the reopening. Modern light interior with the normal dishes on the menu. Some interesting chefs specials. The food had definitely improved. Very good service as well.

Food had some good taste and the service was superb but unfortunately I have been very ill since. We are 48 hours past my meal at Curry Mecca and I still can't eat. Great for a diet but ruined NYE and NYD.

I want to start by saying I used to love the curry Mecca but last night had a delivery and it was awful it took over 2 hours to arrive and don’t get me wrong if they were really busy or under staffed it would only take a quick call to the customer to say there is a delay , when it arrived it was cold , the mushroom Bhaji has no flavour neither did did the Bombay potatoes , the nam bread was cold and really doughy , one of the currys had leaked in the bag would not order from here again the best thing about it was the poppadoms but that was a lot of money for them really disappointed

Order an takeaway from there website and thought I'd better give up on it.. when 2 hours and 28 minutes went by and numerous phone calls only to find the engaged tone pretty sure the phone was off the hook.. can someone please tell me when I should of given up on this one OMG

Since the reopening,my wife and I have ventured to Curry mecca twice and have not been let down. The food is fantastic,with such a variety of delicacies and tastes.The staff are very helpful and welcoming,and we will definitely return to such a wonderful restaurant .

50 years on and still one of the best curry houses you will find . The refurbishment of the restaurant is beautiful, but has managed to retain the feel of the original Mecca . I found out that the original owner passed and his son has taken over, he has done a great job keeping his father's dream relevant and alive. Very friendly person who you can have a bit if a laugh with . Food , is 100% , great value without compromising on quality . I wish this family well continuing the business for another 50 years . Top class

Superb food at the all new restaurant.

Was happy with my food and service, everything was great just in my opinion it's a bit overpriced, portions was good size for a meal just price is a bit higher than expected. Although waiters was friendly and helpful, not really busy place so you get good attention. Car park just around the corner. Had great chicken tika biriani.
