Domino's Pizza in Gravesham

First time trying dominos here. I couldn't fault it. It was so tastey! I got a margarita, partner got a meat feast. Both cooked to perfection. They automatically applied a deal at the end pretty much got half price.. would highly recommend if passing.

Much more easier if you pick up your order as delivery can be anything from 45mins to a hour and half wait

Dose pizza yummy 😋😁 if you don't like pizza 🍕 don't bother going there fish and chips shop near buy

Cancelled my order as it was wrong got told that was okay. Canceled my order my money will be back in my account in 3 to 5 working days and another man in the background and laughs while she slamming down the phone. So got something else lucky I can afford to some not so much

Good pizzas, taste great. However, somehow they struggle to cut the pizzas and end up getting extremely uneven slices and with the garlic pizza bread, no cut at all.

Just had two pizzas delivered. One has absolutely no mozzarella on, when I phoned the shop the 10 year old who answered the phone couldn’t of been less helpful and continued to say there’s nothing I can do about it I’m sorry. No refund no new pizza nothing. Needless to say that’s my last time ordering from them. Hello Pizza Hut 😍

Want to say a big thank you for sending us pizzas during these difficult times. I work for the nas in supported living and the people we support really appreciated it and so do the staff. Thank you for your generousity.

Well not a good expires at all thay got the pizza bace wrong i older a Italian crust but got normal instead and that was under cooked and greasy then got side of garlic bread but that had tomato sauce on that I dont like tomato sauce. I have bbq sauce on any thing I get plus if I wanted it I would ask plus now me and my girlfriend have upset stomachs I always go to northfleet but because I had to go online I could only get it from gravesend so I recommend not getting anything from gravesend if you can go to northfleet its nicer and you want get a upset stomach and the staff are so friendly

Ordered delivery on 31/08/18 at 21.20. The guy on the phone didn’t have a clue about customer service or how to talk and listen on the phone, was well distracted and kept putting me on hold, had to repeat everything three times, then correct everything as it was all wrong. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes, I called back, they couldn’t find my order at first, then told me they threw it away twice as it wasn’t right and the third one was cold! Long story short, I went and picked it up and managed to have a 4/10 pizza about two hours after my order which I did not pay for! Avoid at all costs, it’s a shame West Street do not deliver to my area as they are decent! Pizza Hut from now on in!

Ordered pizzas for delivery on 25/11/17 at 10:15pm, they said they would be delivered within 45 mins however on calling them multiple times to chase the order we received cold pizzas at midnight so we waited for almost 2 hours after placing the order before receiving it. Rubbish customer service, rude staff on the phone who didn’t want to be helpful at all instead told us we could return the pizzas but would still have to pay!!Each time we spoke to the staff to chase the order they informed us it was out with the delivery driver and would be with us in the next 15 mins however this was clearly not the case, totally unacceptable.We paid over £50 for 3 cold pizzas!! We were not impressed and will never order from this branch again.
