KFC in Gravesham

This KFC is inconsistent with the food sometimes it tastes good and sometimes bad. Don’t go near closing time as they might not have what you want or worst still they tend to lock the door 10 minutes before the closing time on the door.

sent wrong food our by just eat, as we are waiting we tried over 30 times to contact them about the issue and no reply or even a answer. personally it's the worst customer service I have had.

Took 15 mins to be served as only one person was serving and was obviously new but no one offered to help . The chips were over cooked and warm. Chicken wasn't its best either.

IF I COULD MAKE THIS A 0 STAR THRN I BLOODY WELL WOULD!!!! just got home from kfc valley drive gravsend, I’M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, with the fact I found a hair in her food. THE WORKERS WORE NO GLOVES OR HAIRNETS!!!!! Not to mention the other issues we had such as less food that we bought and when we first exited the shop we weren’t given our drinks, cold food, missing dips, PINK CHICKEN!!!!! also wasn’t given my receipt????????

outrageous, this should be a 0 star rating. Hair was found in our food, pieces were missing awful customer service as they were going to let us walk out without our drinks. I am not impressed probably one of the worst kfcs i have ever been to.

Abso disgusting good… boneless chicken strips tasted like they were days old and been reheated…. Really chewy 🤦🏼‍♀️… also the chips were cold , and such a tiny amount…. The burger was also chew and reheated….. it’s disgusting the food…. Tryed to call and complain but no one answer the phone…. Won’t be going there again 😡😡

Worst kfc going icl, I order I get updates saying order accepted, order completed and driver waiting, then the restaurant closes? I wait ages for the order, nothing go down there and knock on the window only to have a conversation with an absolute pleb WHOS response was “we’re closeddd we’re closedddd we’re closeddd” and then shut the window 😂

Over cooked dried out chicken burgers, cold chips, dried out bbq beans, and a always blame the delivery service. They will don't cook it they only deliver it. Will never use again.

Whether you order in person or by a delivery app you have no idea if you'll end up with what you want. Yet again tonight we order through an app for a special occasion, item missing, couldn't get it sorted on the app and no answer from KFC. So I have to drive to the store and complain, get what was missing and drive home to cold food waiting for us all. It's not the first time I've had to do this, won't be using them again. Obviously under trained staff or not enough staff. Management should be ashamed!!!!

If you want an absolute lottery of food that has no relation to what you ordered try here. Sometimes you get different sides. Sometimes like tonight you order 3 meals but get 2….. surely soon we must be due a win as their service is like a scratch card….. you know you won’t win but you still try….Not anymore..
