McDonald's in Gravesham

Five stars to a very kind and helpful staff on a busy Saturday night DAN deserves a lot for his service. Unlikely another staff member kept calling him while he was literally trying to serve people. Hospitality is hospitality no matter if it’s a fast paced environment or the last hot dog at the end of the street. Don’t stress your colleagues while they trying to service.Thank you DAN ✌️✌️✌️

Very crowded but the service is good. They do need to stop trying to force people to use the machines for ordering, I prefer face to face ordering

Staff take so long to get you're order to you. Just a mess in the morning. Staff are rude and don't know what they are doing . Cancel orders so they don't have to make them .

Two women were very rude to children for eating other food and made one scared they were going to prison. All that was needed was a nice little “Please don’t eat that here again”. Very disappointed. Racist motives too. Also didn’t give one the correct wrap.

Terrible service shouted and racially abused verbally by incestuous staff. We were also eating food from the restaurant however she told us ‘does it say Burger King on top of our shop…no?’ Even though me and my friends had preferences in food and without knowing our eating history they continued to mock us. Dont get delivery from here . Ordered some breakfasts , took an hour . The driver was aparently waiting for order for 45 mins . Came cold and soggy and with 1 item missing.

Rubbish food,,,I ordered with Uber,,,, I received after 45 min,all the food was cold( you know when the MC Donald's food is cold is very tasty.... direction rubbish). You don't have any place to do a complain,, nothing...

It's after midnight and you are on your way home. There is a large selection on the way home from at least six kebab shops, some Turkish, a Burger King but it strangely closes at 8:00? 8:00? Two fried chicken joints and of course the gas station where you can get yourself some triangle sandwiches. But everybody wants McDonald's at this stage of the game because it feels a whole quickly, my go-to is the quarter pounder with cheese with extra pickles and extra onions and a filet of fish sandwich with extra pickles. Order from the human being. It's much quicker plus you get to speak to someone. You can be nice to someone. Try it out sometime.

Just had a delivery food is cold and 2chips r missing drink missing too it's not the first time we have had a burger with the burger missing. The worst thing about it is you carnt even speak to anyone because they don't answer the phone. Sooo disappointed. 😒

First time here. Tad pricey but if the food is good so be it. We ordered 2 regular burgers onion ring and fries Everything tasted great loved the food. Everything was cooked to order perfectly. Great outdoor patio. The employees were very nice. I ordered bacon on burger but apparently he didn't hear me, no big deal and I'm not going to give them one star for mishearing me, I'm not that type. Place was clean and only two things holding me back from 5 stars. 1, the menu is confusing and if they had something near there three main burgers explaining it would make it a lot easier and 2, the bread was too big for the burger. I'm definitely going back to order the 1/2 pounder which will fill the bread I'm assuming. I didn't take pics there are already a boatload on here for you to see.
