Had a dog with me so had to stay outside, really breeze out there. But good breakfast 🙂

Stuck somewhere between the 80s and 90s, the day we went there were more staff than customers however the food was OK. What more can you ask for in a roadside cafe, generous portions for the price. Could just use a little update

Went yesterday with the family and had the most epic chicken burgers for lunch!It has a lovely airy atmosphere with interesting memorabilia on the walls.Everyone in Nell's are so lovely and the owner, Sandra, is a brilliantly funny and helpful.Looking forward to going back.

Not bad food but felt some of the staff to be very rude... there was a large group of us service was fast but food not too hot when it came out... would not use again just because of the rude staff..

I'm here every week for breakfast. So far everything has been good. The staff are friendly and the meals are huge!

Lovely roast dinner. Thick slices of beef carved from a joint; not the boil in the bag processed version that a lot of places serve up for twice the price. Very attentive service as well.EDIT: A subsequent visit was not good. Actually it was awful. Maybe there were different people cooking that day. I ordered a ham and mushroom omelette which came as a flat egg pancake folded over a pile of whole mushrooms and a slice of cold ham. Pretty grim.

A friendly accommodating cafe, staff are always pleasant. The food is always cooked to a good standard and reasonably priced. Great for group meet ups, motorcyclists, cyclists, walkers and dog walkers etc. Highly recommended.
