Great fish and chips, very popular so you may have a small wait. Friendly staff.

Extremely bad quality and portion size . This delight of a chip butty cost ÂŁ2.95 possibly 20 chips if that ( mainly the crispy scraps ) served in a burger bun ! Absolutely disgusted . Will never order from here again .

Shocking to say the least, for two pieces of cod and chips each came to nearly £20…. Fish was tasteless, sweet potato fries were burnt, tartare sauce which was on the house was like water and looked out of date. Don’t waste your money

Very rude costomer service ordered portion of chips told me to wait outside in the rain when the shop was empty and the chips came out hard worst fish and chip shop in England

Usually order for delivery and food keeps letting me down by sending either burnt food or missing items so I thought I’ll go down and collect. The big guy at the shop was extremely rude to me , as I wanted to double check all in the bag and want to make him aware of my past experiences, he wasn’t bothered! They made me wait for sometime for collection. At arrival to the shop, several delivery drivers were left waiting outside in the rain and not allowed to go inside until told by the guys at the shop!! ..seeing that treatment these guys at shop provide def put me off as a customer and would never return there again

I've eaten here a few times, mostly collection. About an hour ago I had 2, 1/4 pounders and 2 portions of chicken delivered. Both the burger buns, top and bottom were burnt. The Chicken was okay. Hindsight is wonderful but I wish I had gone elsewhere now. I certainly won't do this again.

I used to visit this fish and chip shop as a child as I lived around the corner from there and it was a favourite tradition of mine that we would have this as a treat every Wednesday.I moved to the other end of Gravesend about 18 years ago and for obvious reasons haven't been going there I've often had cravings for the 1/4-pounder burgers from there as they had a distinct flavour.Just lately all of our local fish and chip shops have gone downhill and we see this pop up on one of the takeaway apps so thought we would give it a try and my god I was transported back to my childhood, the burgers have that exact same taste and all the rest of the food was superb.I assumed it had been taken over by now and after visiting in person last week I see that the elderly gentleman who used to run it is no longer there and it now looks very different to how it did all those years ago but I'm assuming it has been kept in the family as they must be using the same suppliers. The only negative I have is the prices are expensive, especially through the takeaway apps... in my opinion I'm happy to pay more for decent quality food but admittedly this is getting a little close to be being too expensive.

We use this fish and chip shop probably around twice a month. Never been disappointed. Good portions and the batter is always nice and light.

The best fish and chips I have had for ages, and I eat it regularly. Lovely fresh, white fish, golden, crispy batter and yummy chips in plentiful supply. Highly recommended. I went into the shop but you can get a Deliveroo delivery and they were being packed up and going out just as fresh with those drivers
