Oriental Delight in Gravesham

Horrible customer service and the food was tasteless.

Delicious. Really pleasant staff. Great food. Well priced

Ordered here 20 -30 mins before we came to pick up they got it wrong put it as a delivery so we waited for food to be cooked only to come home get the order wrong and miss item we ordered phoned them up and they denied we ordered that item overall very poor service

Never had a bad meal and the ribs are to die for they are lovely

This is a very good Chinese takeaway that should really have a higher rating on google. Have ordered from here a few times and found the food to be fresh, tasty and with quality ingredients (the tofu is of excellent quality) with friendly staff who I’ve spoken to on the phone. Will order again soon.

I would most definitely recommend this Chinese without a doubt!!... our food was not only piping hot & taste AMAZING but looked fresh and clean! I honestly couldnt rate it any higher. FAB:)

Liked there food used twice recently for delivery about to order again and says my address is to far even though charging £3 and I'm in gravesend so can't order again

First time of using and will definately use again. Great, friendly delivery driver, the food was very hot and tasty as it should be. Ribs were amazing, definately recommend those. Best we have had in a long while.

Really delicious Chinese. Ordered through just-eat. Would definitely order from here again! We enjoyed the value meals 3 & 5 - good pricing and portion sizes. Thanks!

Have no choice but to give 1 star and in my opinion thats being extremely generous! The delivery driver couldnt find my house (i live just 2 mins from the take away on the same side of the road) 10.30pm i ring to see whats taken so long only to be told he couldnt find it and went home! Had to go and collect the food, they wouldnt refund the delivery charge, got the food home to soggy chips, warm sauces and burnt, oily, rancid mushroom chow mein 🤢🤢 never again! And the woman who answers the phone is one of the rudest people i have ever spoken to...utter joke of a place
