Promenade Cafe in Gravesham

Wonderful family owned cafe! The staff are brilliant and can’t do enough to help. Lovely cup of hot chocolate when it’s a bit chilly out and you can’t go wrong with one of their ice creams in the summer. Highly recommend!

Cant beat the prom cafe for any meal of the day ice cream is fantastic i take mt dog down to the prom have a walk and then 1/3 pounder with chips. I love it.x

Lovely cafe , nice and clean and plenty of selection on drinks and the staff are lovely and helpful.

A member of staff was rude to me. I asked for a ice cream cone to be served in a paper napkin. It was served with bare hands. I am still worried about covid a don't want my mum to get infected.

Been going years nice place and food good priced too

Staff were rude, unhygienic (observed staff blow nose and not wash hands - continue to serve customers ice creams!) and angry - (treated other customers with complete disrespect) It really was literally one of the worst places I have had the displeasure to go to.

Lovely family owned business. Great staff team. The menu is great and I love the wonderful selection of ice cream. Beautiful scenery too.
