The Copperfield in Gravesham

Was a little surprised today because there is normally a lot of staff on but there was only a few front of house and they couldn’t keep up with the amount of people in and out- a little dis organised in terms of communication and meat portions have got a lot smaller! I asked for gammon and turkey and got given JUST 1 slice of each- not what you expect when you come here normally!Ellie the waitress was lovely! Took your order quickly and was really polite

What a great place to visit .Warm welcome from Ellysse who took us to our table .She was so chatty .Also Paige served us too.Darren the Chef was nice tooOverall great customer service .Such good value food was nice .Worth a visit 😉

Food was tasty, nice family restaurant, only downside is you have to go to the bar to order your drinks, not the end of the world. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Will definitely go again, and can't wait for the summer to sit outside.

A fantastic Friday evening here! Very very late birthday I had (the last time we booked here, there was a power failure due to Storm Eunice). Of course, we booked again as we enjoy coming to the Copperfield. Big shoutout to Ellie and Paige for serving our dinner and dessert! They both was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return again.

The staff were fantastic, head of house turned her hand to every task and motivated her friendly team. Food was great, despite them having a busy day leaving little in the choice of meat on the carvery, however, we were contacted prior to our arrival to warn us about this. Excellent customer service.

Food was nice , place itself was nice , been lots of times before. But one of the staff was rude and quite short when all I asked for was a sausage with my kids roast and I couldn't understand why I just couldn't pay for one , I even said I would pay 5 pounds for a sausage so he could have one with his roast. When I spoke to the chef he explained things thoroughly and suggested that I could get 3 pigs in blankets for 1 pound whereas the woman was just rude and not at all customer friendly about it.

Went here for my grandads wake staff were really nice and friendly. The food they did was lovely plenty of parking. Really lovely pub. And the roast look lovely definitely going back.

Millie and her team were fantastic today. They gave my wife and Autistic son a quiet table to sit at. They were very accommodating to our son's dietary needs and were pleasant. Millie helped regarding a discount code and was very informative about the pub app and future savings.Meal was tasty and would definitely visit again. Thank you 😊

We came here for a "quick" something to eat, the wait on the pizzas & burgers were a an hour and half ! There was nothing nice about this food what so ever. The front of house staff were lovely and very helpful but the so called chef needs sacking! Effing useless

I have just enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at The Copperfield. The food was freshly cooked and of a high quality. We took a huge breakfast of unlimited toast, fried eggs, bacon, beans, sausage and coffee all for about £8 each!The visit was made special by the delightful Pippa, who was helpful, efficient and excellent company. She was much better than my friend Nige, who is hopeless.We will definitely come back again!
