The Eggfree Cake Box in Gravesham

Got the wrong words on the cake and wouldn’t change in the shop when asked to. the cupcake toppers were very badly cut as well.

Visited cakebox today and was greeted by a very mardy assistant. I asked for a cake and later decided to switch it. But because she had already boxed it she stared at me with a look of dismay and said ,"no. You can change it because we have already boxed it". Wrapped it up and just shoved it in my hands and turned away. I was disgusted. I wanted to order cakes from here for my daughters wedding but will now go else where. Such bad service.

I bought a slice of strawberry cake the wasn’t any inside And the top one was so dry. Didn’t like it.

I always buy our birthday cakes here. No heavy icing and not too sweet. Their cakes nicely decorated and are delightfully tasty.

This is my opinion in general about cakes and not the shop in orpington. Their cakes are very sweet with no option to request a less sugary cake.. in past i have requested other providers and they have done so without issues but not cake box. Many of us are sugar conscious these days..

Always get cakes from here. Really fresh and light, very nice. Highly recommended

My partner bought a chocolate cake from here for my birthday. It was really tasteless. I think they forgot to put any chocolate in it. Contacted them via email and they said they would call about it and never did. Didn't end up finishing the cake. Gave it to the children in the neighbourhood.

we bought a birthday cake for our baby that was big enough for about 20 people with a pic of our son on it. it was quite expensive 38 pounds , but it also was delicious and moist and worth the expense . would definitely buy eggless cakes again and the lady on Sunday was polite and helpful, thanks

I went into the shop today to buy a cake, and the cashier was not at all kind. She didn't grin and stated she didn't have a credit card machine working. She made me walk for 5 minutes to go to the nearest cash machine. And when they were other customers, she suddenly restored the machine's functionality. And, guess what, there was no receipt. the cake was below the average and overpriced and no manufactured date. I wouldn't bother to go there again.

I love eating cakes, my kids love the cake from Cake Box. 100% recommended , really delicious ! My husband buying more than me 😊 🍰🎂🍰
