Treatz Dessert Parlour in Gravesham

Really nice deserts, price worth the quantity served

Today we decided to go to Treatz in Gravesend with our guests that were visiting us. We arrived at 5:15pm and placed our order at 5:30pm. We sat until 6:30pm waiting for our order. The first item arrived and was missing the ice cream, second one completely wrong item. Third one the brownie was frozen hard and the strawberry was frozen. Rest of our order we did not even receive it. Eventually we got fed up waiting and what we had received at our table was very disappointing we decided to leave and ask for a refund. We were told that they can not refund as they are only staff and a manager has to do it. So o asked for the manager. Apparently there was no manager. We were told if we want our money back we would have to email the manager. So we asked for the manager’s name and were told they are not allowed to give the name. 😂. So disgusted and dissatisfied we left without our order and without our refund. They will be hearing further from me but this has to be the worst experience I have experienced. I will be taking this up further and will get my refund as they have taken my money and not even given us what we paid for. 😡😡

For Fathers Day today me and two siblings decided to take our dad for a dessert after having a good evening up Bluewater previously. After having amazing takeaway service from this dessert parlour, we suggested Treatz to end our evening.Me and my sister placed the order for our table at 20:37. At the cash register the staff member did warn us of a 10 minute wait for the cookie dough. Which was understandable and I was completely fine with this wait. However, after 30 minutes we had not received one dessert from our 4 item order.My sister, after waiting this long decided to go to the cash register and ask how long our order would be. I believe it was the same staff member, that served me, said it would be another 5-10 minutes.If the dessert parlour was busy, I could understand this. However, there was more delivery drivers then there were customers in the restaurant and seemed like this took priority over the face to face service.After another 15 minutes, my dad and myself had received our desserts. However, my two siblings didn’t, so, my Dad decided to approach the staff to ask about, again, the wait time to receive these.About 10 minutes later both my siblings dessert finally came out. I have used Treatz before for takeaway and their service has always been amazing, so I thought this would be the same for their in restaurant service.I have to say when we received the food it was very good and the presentation was great. However, due to the: wait times, asking employees about our food and just the general running of the business. I don’t think I will be visiting Treatz any time soon. Which is very saddening as there desserts are very good.

Clean, tidy and the girl that served us was friendly. Nobody approached us when we walked in and when a young guy did, he just walked off with no direction of where we should sit. We sat where we chose and he bought over menu’s and muttered about table number and ordering at till.The food was nice and presentable like menu images but it took a very long time especially that we were only people there. All members of staff were instead talking behind counter. Music choice was something that you would have on a tutorial video and not great whilst trying to chat/eat.

The place is really clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly definitely would be returning in the future

We visited here a few weeks ago. It is a very big dessert place and they have had to shut the top level due to covid I believe.The person who served us was the only one and it seemed to get very busy suddenly and they look like they were struggling.Had to also ask for they toilet key for a disabled toilet. I don't understand this because we are not at the height of pandemic anymore.Would visit again soon.

The food and drinks are very good and fresh. However, some of the staff are quite rude and they spend alot of time on their phones. Its worth a visit if your in the area.

Turned up 10 minutes before closing time. Fine, it was a little late.However, it should be no excuse to cut corners and be lazy with the product you're giving the customer.I'm pretty sure the Aero's and After Eight, are supposed to be IN the shake... lame.

Great place for dessert, lively family atmosphere. A little expensive but the portions are huge! It was my husband's birthday and they made a fuss which is always nice !
