Nicely decorated, drinks are fine. The burger I was served, the bread and burger were very burnt and overcooked. Asked for it to be replaced and when she returned they had replaced the burnt buns and put the burnt burger back in the middle. Not at all impressed with that. Nice to know they have been fondling the food like that. The burger was so dry I had to apply so much ketchup and mayo just so it would slide down my throat.I will not be ordering any food from here for sure, but seems fine for drinks only.

We book table for 5 , Saturday night. We wanted to have nice girls out evening but unfortunately we are very disappointed. When we arrived our table wasnt ready, it took a 20 minutes for a waitress to tell the women , who was sitting alone, that she need to go. Nobody clean the table for us, so were sitting another 20min until we ask someone to wipe our table. Our food did not arrive together, so we were eating separately, we were sitting with dirty plates for next 30min after we finish. when we ask waiter of he can do photo of us he said…” I dont have time for that, I am busy “ that was a big shock, so we decided to go somewhere else for cocktails. Not even one time waitress approached us to ask

Delicious food, tasty drinks, and very friendly staff. Love that you order through an app, makes things so much easier and limits contact.

the waiter finn delivered excellent customer service! went above and beyond to keep us satisfied and he’s super cool and kind too. we were a big group of 27 and he was very patient with us, whilst meeting our needs. thank you!

Walked past and fancied a casual drink so we sat at the bar. The guy was actually very nice and friendly.This is where it went downhill. No real menu, so you have to scan a QR code. Prices are not shown until you tap on stuff I had to tap and go back a dozen times. The time it takes to look through was not worth it so I just chose the the first beer. The misses wanted a white wine spritzer but as we were not being served by a human I had to go up and "order". The nice chap said you have to basically make it yourself by selecting the wine then the lemonade... The site not that well designed because you have to keep tapping and scrolling, it's also not very responsive and keeps jumping around. Anyway another 20 taps later and it was almost double the price of a glass of wine. Had enough by then so walked out.We literally just wanted to sit down and have someone serve us a drink, not have to play a guessing game on our phones. Worlde does that except it's fun and free. This isn't. It's the opposite and the main reason people go to a bar is to have someone serve them and de-stress.Unfortunately it seems All bar one has chosen to adopt a systematic approach to hospitality which is the antithesis to the purpose of the leisure sector they are meant to be in.

SUCH a good Christmas lunch, went with work. Sure the cocktails are a little pricey (£10 basically) but they're also delicious. Food was great, service was faultless. Thank you so much!

All their 5 star reviews are because they try to bribe you with free drinks for a 5 star review - my sister and I went for “bottomless” brunch and only got served three drinks and when asking for a final drink (still with 25 minutes to go in our hour and a half time slot) we were told out time ended 15 minutes ago and if we wanted another drink we had to give them a 5 star review on google. I was shocked by this so got the bill and left - was an average brunch until this happened

The food was amazing, and the service even better. I haven’t fell that good from ages, it was one guy called Yusef, he was so kind and helpful. I will come back here for sure. A nice place to go with your friends or family. 5 STARS !!
