Ashuka Tandoori in Guildford

Good value buffet lunch on Sundays (eat all you can), air conditioned comfort and good service. Reasonable choice of food, usually at least 3 different curries. Bright and airy restaurant, easy to relax and enjoy the meal. Update March 2020: much the same but looks to be under new management with new staff

We visited Ashuka for my brothers birthday dinner this evening. It was amazing. We always use Ashuka for takeaways but it was our first time dining in.The portion sizes are great and prices very reasonable. I had prawn puri followed by chicken korma and shared some sides. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my korma but I am looking forward to my left overs for lunch tomorrow!Murshed provided great recommendations and service. We will definitely be back to visit again soon!Thank you for a great evening!

This restaurant never fails to impress.Five of us visited in the evening, we all had different starters, mains and sundries.All the food was of high standards (along with the service).If you are looking for authentic food that is the best around, look no further.

A family run Indian restaurant which also does takeaway.. The service is well organised and the food delish! Well worth going... Tonight the Chef went out of his way to cook one of my favourite Dishes.. and the service!!!

I don't understand all the good reviews for the food. We ordered a takeaway and it was bland, with a watery sauce and way too sweet. More like a bad Chinese takeaway than Indian. The vegetables were mushy, and obviously a previously overcooked mix. Found a single Brussel sprout. Weird thing to put in a curry! Only the bread tasted freshly made. Sadly this was the worst Indian meal we have ever had. Only positive was that restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Been eating here regularly since it opened, and it's always been great. On Saturday night we had a table for 7 (last minute reduction down from 8!) with old friends and had another lovely meal. Staff are friendly and engaging, food very tasty. Will keep going back.

Food was fantastic, the picture of the plate says it all. So much flavour in all our dishes. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything. The staff were knowledgeable and engaging with the table without being interfering. The feel of the place was buzzing, other tables having a great time like us. It's great to see considering some curry houses have no life. As for the price we couldn't argue for the quality Eight poppadoms (with pickles and chutneys) Four starters, four mains, four rice, four sides, four desserts and 11 pints of cobra ( on draft) for £182. Very reasonable for the quality of the food. Great job guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
