Bubble Ci Tea in Guildford

I think this was a one off but the taro tea was SO bad. I've had many many taro bubble teas from many places and this was by far the worst. There was no flavor at all and there were chunks in it. I think they mixed it wrong, but whatever happened it was bad.

Completely wrong drink given. Didn't notice until I got on the bus to go home.(Always get a plain fresh milk base, NO TEA with strawberry popping bubbles)

I absolutely adored this place! The staff were very kind and even suggested flavoured combinations, which was amazing for me as it was my first time bubble tea experience.I was offered samples for different bubble flavours to help me decided on my order, and the drink itself was excellent.Throughly enjoyed it, I would gladly come back again!

Paid £5.80 for the worst service and drink I've ever experienced. I've had ballsacks in my mouth that were more pleasant than this drink.

When I went they had ran out of a lot of things. For example they didn't have any more tapioca pearls.

Was tasty and well made for a good price.

Very nice bubble tea, once you try one for the first time, there is no stop. So addictive, I would have one every day if I could 😊

The matcha milk tea and CI Tea milk tea were both great.
