Burger King in Guildford

We popped in for breakfast on our way by one morning. As anticipated the place wasn't particularly busy which is always a good thing. Unfortunately when it came to getting a highchair for my daughter I discovered that they were all filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned since the previous day. Had I visited in the afternoon I wouldn't expect them to be spotless, but given that this was first thing in the morning I wasn't particularly impressed.Not a great deal of care taken over the state of food either and looked like it had been chucked together in a hurry. I get it, it's BK and not the Fat Duck, but that doesn't mean I should get food in worse condition than I would at a soup kitchen. Don't even get me started on the fact that they charge you for any sauce that isn't ketchup. Being stingy with condiment when I've just paid over 10 quid for a couple of breakfast muffins isn't a great look guys...

This was my first visit in 3 years to BK. It's better than five guys, but I still take issue with the long life buns. They crumble away in your hand and have a stale bread texture, but fortunately taste ok. The double whopper with cheese is their signature burger and the fries remain crispy even when they get cold! Service was friendly and fast and value for money cannot be faulted. I'll give it another go in three years, but for now I won't be running back.

Terrible experience. One till out 7 was in operation at lunchtime which meant a wait of over 40 minutes for 'fast food'. Lady in front of me asked for a cheese burger and the cashier offered a bacon cheese burger and she said she would take the bacon out! Bag tore when I picked it up as paper so flimsy. Won't be returning!

I received a fine from the car park operator because I stayed (with friends) and had a whooper and a coffee at this place. It seems that you can visit the shops (and be parked there) for a max period of 2h after which you are issued automatically a £60 parking charge. I feel that visiting this place and paying £60 for it is not worth it and I will not visit again.

Worst place ever poor management! And worst food, it was cold burger and chips stale! With 40min wait just to take order as click and collect came and went more frequently......appooling

Burger King Fast food restaurant, the only thing they are quick to do is shut half the store off to clean for close up, 4 hours before they shut. More time spent and staff members mopping rather than serving. Good job you get 3 hours free parking, it’ll take that long to get your food once you’ve ordered it😬

The service in here is painfully slow. They will take about five orders and walk away. Presumably because they have to clear the waiting queue before adding more from the ordering queue. But, my biggest gripe, EVERY single time I go in there, over the last two years, the coke tastes absolutely vile. I used to work behind a bar. You really need to clean your pipes, because the drinks consistently taste like mould. I now never order a drink with my meal because I'm sick of taking a sip and then throwing it away! Please please please fix the grotty drinks machines.

single point of failure… with only server picking and packing the orders … yet people queuing up to order, as well as online orders (as saw two deliveroo drivers doing pick ups) and numerous people using online screens to order! where was the manager or supervisor overseeing this ultra slow food service?i only ordered some fries for a quick snack but ended waiting ages for one server to pack loads of orders ahead of me.

Everything perfect in this burger king, tasty food. I recommend it.

On arrival,I saw best part of 50 people's holder to shoulder not all wearing masks.A lass in front of me went to the "order" desk, then came back and stood rite next to me.It was then i realised,All these bods where waiting for placed orders!!!Sod that!!I left.
