Often visit in the breaks during Flames games. The staff routinely have 0 idea whats going on and the site is poorly run. Frequently tills have to be shut for a few mins and orders paused because the till staff are trying to work out how to serve a coffee or just seem to get overwhelmed and need a break. The site would run significantly better with a 3rd person by the tills to server drinks, food etc.The core issue is the lack of any management, the "manager" (tall bald guy in a grey shirt) delights in finding random tasks to do at peak times. Favourites he likes doing when a large queue arrives is folding empty boxes up at the back, randomly just looking in the fridge, or legitimately one time spending 9 minutes to slice a *single* tomato.Unfortunately there is little choice for dining at Spectrum so people are forced to go there for food. To any owners reading this you could make significantly more money if someone actually tried to organise a shift during peak times. Often people give up in the queue because of the wait.Staff on the tills try be friendly but very rarely have any clue what day it is.Bring lunch with you if possible to avoid this chaos.

Horrible! We ordered the Signature burrito. The filling was stone cold - cold pulled pork which was not pulled but in chunks, cold grated cheese and rice but wrapped in foil?! Why wrapped in foil if served cold? Would not recommend spending £6+ for one.

The staff were lovely, the prices are good portion sizes were great, but my borito rice was overcooked to the point I hurt my teeth and my girlfriend thought she had chiped one.The staff were very understanding and give me a refund but told me the cook was new and was struggling with cooking the rice...maybe give it a few weeks

Paid for a meal, didn't receive a meal What I did receive was a plain, unseasoned burrito full of tasteless white rice Oh and an apple juice carton the size of my thumb! Worst 'Mexican' food around

It's not great.. I ordered a signature burrito meal and a child's wrap meal. The burrito was so tiny, and cost £6 alone! It tasted alright, but I was expecting something bigger. The kids meal was good value and my son enjoyed it, but I felt like I'd have been better off ordering myself the same thing he had.Staff were friendly and polite, and doing their best considering they looked like they were missing some people.

Visited the spectrum last weekend and ate at Burrito Loco, we shall be back for sure! We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and how fresh and inviting the restaurant was considering it has been closed for some time due to covid. Have nothing but positive words to say about the food! Very tasty! Loaded fries were superb! Highly recommend!

I unfortunately ordered from this establishment again. High protein burrito. Terrible! Zero flavour. And on top of that, no guacamole in it. Last time they didn't have pico de gallo so left it out. If you dont have the ingredients, don't serve the dish!!Disappointed but not surprised.

Great food at a great price. Friendly service staff. Atmosphere was cosy and casual, and the distance from the Friary makes it a good quiet place to have a meal at.This will be my new go-to for Mexican food in town.
