Caffe Nero in Guildford

Tasty iced coffee! I enjoyed it with my son.

Seating was horrid. Sat on an armchair. Service slow and kept getting bumped by the wash up girl while waiting for order. Although very busy for a Sunday. Coffee was gorgeous though so balances out.

Always makes the best coffee. Never had any issues. Staff are always lively and happy. Got a special caramel latte yesterday with an extra shot which I have to say, made my day.

Very friendly staff.High traffic location so anytime during lunchtime, waits are expected.toilets at the moment are almost always not recommended to be used, perhaps they're having issues hiring staff.

Very nice coffee and it was quiet on a Friday morning for a sit in coffee and cake. A really good choice of food too, and the staff were lovely.

A nice place to work. Most importantly, the coffee/food is also lively and the staff are quite friendly and helpful.

I loved 5 coffee brands so far Paul, Notes, Taylor Street, Nero, Pure across UK. Nero is really great Coffee. I see consistently similar taste in most Nero where other high street Coffee chains are pricey but doesnt know how to make a good coffee. Always either incorrect portion of water, milk. Nero has now added panini, toasties, healthy salad. Nero experience is always consistently good.

Not a bad cup of coffee. The staff are OK but could be a little more helpful. Easy enough to find in the town.

Usual Nero experience of reasonable (but not great) coffee & snacks. We had to send a cake back because it was stale. Unfortunately, during our visit, a good proportion of the clientele were uncouth & undesirable. I'll be avoiding this particular Nero in the future (the one in the High Street just round the corner is a million times better).

Very pleasant to sit inside a café again and feel safe. Not too crowded at 10:30am. Clean loos.
