Carriages CAFE in Guildford

Great little restaurant in the heart of Guildford town centre. The service was brilliant, our server knew the menu and was happy to offer suggestions. Food was good, well portioned and flavourful. The menu has lots of options and the drink selection was reasonable.

Wonderful service, and good food. The view is very quaint as we sat by the window. Only reason for withholding a star is because the calamari was slightly tough, but the coating and quality of food was very fresh.

Great food! If you like a nice large tapas menu that is done well, you need to visit here. Lovely helpful staff and a nice restaurant environment.

La Casita is a wonderful tapas restaurant in the town centre of Guildford. It is easy to book a table online or over the phone. The menu is varied and the food is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the chanquetes and chorizo al vino. The crema catalana for dessert is so good. We chose the rioja bordon which was delicious. The service is superb. The staff are knowledgeable and will advise on dishes and specials. I was especially impressed when i received a text later in the evening with a photo of my scarf letting me know i had left it behind! That is truely excellent customer service.

One of the best Spanish restaurant in the town, fair price and friendly staff, so why not giving a 5/5!

Lovely food, in particular the patatas bravas and whitebait were good portions and tasty. The service was okay, we weren't really asked about the meal and it took a while for the service to take our dessert order and come for the bill, hence the 4 stars.

Such a nice place. I used to live in Spain and this brought back all the good memories of living there! All the food is insane - especially the Paella 🥘The staff are amazing.10/10

Nice little Spanish place in Guildford. But not the best Spanish food I have ever tasted. Most disappointed with the chicken as it was over cooked so it was extremely dry, though luckily it was served in sauce. The rest was okay, and wouldn’t say it’s the best I have come across.. Prices and portion are reasonable.Just to mention: their chicken is halal
