Creams, Guildford in Guildford

Just finished in creams today after having a lovely time (Guilford). The staff are so friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be coming here again soon! The service and food was great and food arrived less than five minutes after I ordered!

Absolutely gorgeous in here! Hadn’t even been 5 mins of me paying for my order and it had already arrived!! Staff are so friendly and helpful, stunning in the restaurant and smells amazing 😍 definitely coming again!!!

Creams was recommended to me by Amro, however, I felt disappointed. I bought the waffle and ice-cream and my experience was of an overly sugared cheap dessert. The ice-cream lacked flavour, the waffle was too soft (a good waffle is crispy) and the cream a'tello topping was too sweet and too much. Overall, I had a sugar overload and I can only recommend this for those who REALLY like a lot of sugar in their desserts and don't mind a low quality (although big) waffle.

last night I went with my children and the manger and The staff went above and beyond to make it special for him. Great service, they decorated the table and came out and all sang happy birthday to him and he get £10 vouchers as gift 🎁 from the Cream team !! was great service. Thank you so much for a lovely experience. Would highly recommend 👍

I took my daughter tonight to Creams in Guildford with her 5 friends for a birthday treat. The staff went above and beyond to make it special for her. Great service, a very patient man taking their orders, they decorated the table and came out and all sang happy birthday to her!! Food was great and quick service. Thank you so much for a lovely experience. Would highly recommend.

Friendly service which is also super quick! We enjoyed waffles, ice cream and warm cookie dough delights today and the kids couldn’t have been happier! Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth -it’s not the cheapest but worth it for a special treat 🍨 🍦

Always love going there its the only place I feel like I need a wheel chair to leave and am happy about it. The staff there are always happy and pleased to help and someone's always smiling 😃

Nice dessert cafe with lots of selection. They had comfortable seating and the atmosphere was nice. The cake topping items I tried were sickly sweet. People with a sweet tooth will love this place. After placing our order, the items all came quite quickly. Unfortunately they don't do tap water, but there was bottled water for purchase.

Literally amazing. I have had Creams before and was quite skeptical to order because I assumed it would either be dry and cold or soggy in sauce, but I was wrong. Definitely recommend the Kinder waffle: very delicious, had just the right amount of sauce and was very fluffy.

Waffle here is the best!! It’s crispy outside and soft inside, the best waffle ever!Crepe is also good, it’s soft and chewy.Sundae is fine, but I’m not recommend.There’re many teenager and adult customer, which make the atmosphere comfortable.The price is reasonable. It quite sweet tho. 😝
