Domino's Pizza Guildford in Guildford

They are fairly quick! Good food and friendly delivery drivers. Not much to say but you can't go wrong with a Domino's!

Fast service, friendly staff and food served hot. Both pepperoni and garlic bread pizza was good. Can't fault them.

Delicious meal with pizza, garlic bread and coke. Very kind attention from staff. Nice place!

Just ordered a vegan margarita pizza and it looked like someone had opened a pepper grinder over it and spilled the whole thing all over the pizza then sent it out to me. It was completely inedible, tasted like I was eating just spoonfulls of pepper. Had to throw it in the bin. I'd have taken it back myself and complained if it wasn't two for Tuesday and I had a second different one.

Domino's never fail me, pizzas were still hot and crispy as always after got it delivered. Side chickens were alright tho, bbq chicken would be my fav so far, followed by chicken stick. Chocolate-orange cookies were better than my expectation. So all great, these were so satisfied me.

Ordered the special offer of a small pizza and garlic bread for £6.99, very good value. Pizza and bread both very good, also had side of nachos which was also very good. App worked perfectly, although I did do collection rather than having it delivered.

Love Dominos Pizza. Been country country wide, EU even Iceland and never had a problem. I seems Guildford has some front of house issues. Recently visited Guildford outlet of course with covid restrictions only 2 allowed in the shop at a time. The front of house interpretation was only 1 order to be taken every 15 minutes. I was outside for seven minutes with not even my order being taken whist the chefs were standing doing nothing but waiting for a pizza to cook for the couple in the shop. In future I’ll go to Godalming where I’ve never had any issues.

Awful. Been a customer for years until today when a driver, driving a blue Toyota Yaris almost ran myself and my mum over when speeding into a space. The assistant manager and the driver were extremely non efficient at helping us when we entered the store to complain. Dominos need to train their staff better, and the driver needs to be trained on health and safety when driving. Absolutely ridiculous.

2 hours after ordering the order was still showing as "baking", I tried to call the restaurant several times and the phone rang out for 2 minutes every time. Over the evening I rang about 20 or so times, a few times the phone was picked up then put down. 2.5 hours after ordering the pizza is marked as delivered, still no pizza. This is the most disgraceful food experience I've ever had in my life. I drive to the store and the member of staff says they're very busy, then laughs at my situation, I was so insulted I had to just walk out the store. I wonder why domino's found this funny, they never responded to my complaint email either.

Absolutely dreadful......again! Ordered an Italian crust, got the standard. Complained and they offered a voucher against the next order. Nice enough .....but I really would have preferred the correct pizza. Also, hardly any cheese on it. Double beef in tomato sauce. Not great. Before, we have had it take up to 1.5 hours, when i went to collect one recently, the managers car was right against the door. People could not get in. Also, they were not answering the phone several times and I had to go online. On one collection, I asked why and was told that they ignore the phones because they get enough orders on line. What a way to run a business..... NOT!!
