Five Guys in Guildford

Came here earlier with my friend. There was no queue, the people working there was nice. HOWEVER if you are a student and want something cheap, this is not the place. I offered to pay for my friend since it was her birthday and for the two of us it came to £38 (rip debit card). The food was so nice, the burger was a bit dry but that’s due to me not asking for ketchup in my burger.It was really nice and there was a calming atmosphere, will probably be back next month xd

Never had a bad burger from this chain. My new absolute favourite burger place. Safe to say that I’m now addicted.

Great food, quick service

Great burgers- just don’t preorder (web/app).You’re better off just arriving and paying at order at the till.I ordered on the web, for 7pm collection and was advised fries are cooked fresh on your arrival.I arrived 5 mins early so they could start my fries and made my arrival known. I noticed Deliveroo drivers get top priority and then people arriving at the till were getting food quicker than me.They finally started cooking my order at 7:10. So 15 minutes later than it should (with cold Wagamama’s for the others in the family) I left disgruntled.Burgers are great but I will never pre-order – just use the till for the fastest way to collect and avoid shambolic muppetry.

My favourite burger place. Always fresh, always hot. Lovely chips never greasy. Refill drinks. Why would you go anywhere else

Quality wise 5 guys is amongst the best hamburger restaurants around, with a very good selection of extras, drinks etc. The only niggle for me personally is the price which for 1 person having a meal and a milkshake can come upto £20, which for a quick bite to eat can seem excessive. Although all in all I'd prefer 5 guys over McDonald's and Burger King which I'm sure most would! Personal service was good and the portion size was very good! Will be back again.

Consistently unbeatable burgers, wherever you look around. Five Guys are that kind of no-nonsense place, with a simplistic, almost canteen-like atmosphere, but the service is impeccable, and boy those burgers are delicious. A classic already.

Great burger and fries, small queue and quick service. The option to choose your own toppings is great, I went for a cheeseburger that comes with two thin beef patties.

Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The chips is the best ever in the world!!! For sure! Burgers are really delicious and home made. Can not get better shake anywhere else so yummy. 4 of us really enjoyed and always go back. Thank you

I came here when staying in Guildford with work. The service was online for delivery or click and collect.I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich a double bacon cheeseburger and large Cajun fries with a Diet Coke. The portions were a good size and the burger and fries we’re amazing. The prices are a bit steep tho it was £20.50 total. Will return
