Excellent place to go to for a drink. Good selection of high quality crisps.

Friendly local with a great atmosphere. 6 real ales, 5 lagers, 2 ciders and Guinness on draught. Pop Up vans in the car park every night serving different cuisines.

Visited for the first time since Covid. Bit taken aback at £9.80 for a large glass of wine 😳 Completely changed from before. Used to enjoy going there. Now there is no atmosphere. The outside door was slamming continuously . At least we tried but won't bother again . The barman was very pleasant though.

Lovely pub, great host (Nigel) not serving food at the moment, should start next month, you are allowed to order from outside and eat inside, they will even supply the plates, great bar staff, Live music, Ukaye ukes, who were Tremendous as per usual, well worth the visit.

Brilliant pub, lot's of character inside and a fantastic beer garden outside! The Landlord took the time to come out and talk to us and I was glad he did! Extremely personable and good fun. We'll definitely take the time to go again!

I have ordered 2 cups of tea - received one - being told is enough tea to fill in 2 cups, the order came after 15 minutes after I have been already 3 times to remind them - they dispose of the the previous drinks from the before customer only when I have requested this - they did not clean the table which was dirty even if I have asked that. Worst experience ever in a pub....

Beautiful weather, popped in for lunch just as they opened and sat out in the garden. Great selection of Ales and partner had a nice cold Cider. We went for two different open sandwiches. I had Roast Beef Serloin and Horseradish, my partner had Bacon and Brie. Both sandwiches were delicious and served with fries and salad, really tasty and really filling, very generous portions. I really enjoyed the beef left over from the weekends roast and served cold, exactly what we would do at home. Great service, lovely people and even got to have a stroke of Tyson the pooch as he grazed in the Sun. We really enjoyed our lunch and will certainly be visiting again.
