The pizza I ordered came extremely quickly, and was made to an exceptional standard. The guy in the silver micra is my broo, very fast and consistent driver, always delivered smoking hot. Might I add he is very good looking too.

Delivery was superbly quick. The guy in the old Nissan Micra was great to work with . He arrived incredibly quickly, with the pizza sizzling hot.

Silver micra driver, fit guy, delivered very properly within 7 minutes of delivery, pizza still smoking hot. I'm gonna order more often (i hope this man gets a raise)

Well what can I say. It was actually funny to be honest with you.In all fairness the food was here quick and hot.However neither of the 2 pizzas were cut. One of them had no cheese on a third of the pizza.I wasn't gonna call up or be a bother but eventually after speaking with the family around our pizzas we thought it best to let them know.After being left on hold with the line busy noise for 5 minutes they answered. Initially a polite relatively young sounding boy answered. After greeting each over I roughly said "I don't really know how to say this so I'm just gonna say it, we ordered two pizzas and neither were cut and the pepperoni one didn't have cheese or any toppings on a third of it"He responded with usual questions I.e what's you address? And told me to hold after I answered.He came back and told me my order and said that his colleague made one and he made the pepperoni one and made sure to let me know "i made it perfectly and nothing is wrong with it"Meanwhile looking at the third a pizza with no topping that was left i said "we can send you a picture maybe it happened in delivery (it definitely was cooked without toppings) I wouldn't have any reason to lie to you. I don't even want any more the rest was enough for us we just thought we would let you know.He then insinuated any normal person who wasn't of lying would of called straight away.I let him know we ate it whilst on hold.He said I was lying about being on hold.He then proceeded to get aggressive down the phone.Pizza hut - please sort your teenage staff out. Its not the first time I have had issues with this branch. Chefs that can't take any criticism shouldn't be in the kitchen regardless of if your fast food or not. Once again we thought we would just let management know someone was clearly having a off day but instead we got belittled down the phone by a teenager.

couldn’t find house, had to go outside and the delivery person didn’t even get out the car- was given through the car window. also ordered a drink but it wasn’t given to us, which has happened before. very poor service

Shocking service, with a manager who couldn't careless about Covid hygiene or customer satisfaction. If you order online, expect substitutes. Macaroni cheese turned into Garlic Bread.

Really really poor customer care in the Guildford branch last night and today.My housemates and I ordered last night, had the confirmation email come through and the money taken from our accounts.We received an update saying the pizza had been delivered when it had not. The pizza did not turn up at all.Tried phoning the branch - could not get through at all.Popped into our local branch today to discuss the situation and we were met by a rude colleague who told us just to email through the website and basically asked us to leave.Turns out all of the phones are down. And now we have to wait 5 days for any updates regarding our £50 loss and lack of pizza. Not what you want to hear after coming home from a long shift at the hospital as a student in healthcare.

Would give this 0 stars if I could terrible management. Ordered £50 worth of food to be delivered at a set time, called the shop after waiting half after set delivery time- manager claimed food had already left and was with driver. Manger then called back 20mins later to explain the food had not left the shop and in fact they had to re cook the food and would be another hour!! Over 1hr 30 min late, food Finally arrived. Terrible terrible service and lack of management.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered last night, money was taken, and it never turned up. None of the customer service lines picked up the phone they were all switched off. Went in today to ask what happened and was met with a really unhelpful man telling me to call the customer service which I had already said I had tried. Said he could not help or refund or anything, didn't even ask for my order number. Even head office's inbox is full so you can't even call them.
