Mcdonald's Restaurants in Guildford

Im sorry but getting to the door to get food at 12:00 AM and being told we are closed unless you are Uber driver it is not acceptable. I ordered on uber and my order was accepted at 12:10. Ordered collected from Uber driver outside the restaurant at 12:20 when the place shuts at 12:15.

The last few times I've been to this McDonalds they have not been running the table service, which is frsutrating. Instead you order at the machines and then collect at the desk which is fine unless, like me, you have two young children that you can't leave unattended but who want to sit down. Also our order was prepared incorrectly and so required another trip to the collection zone to get it resolved. Sadly this was not done courteously or efficiently but was done slowly and with total indifference. All in all the service is just not good enough and I'd rather go to the McDonalds in The Friary.

I am a regular here. Love the ambiance and love the raw food options. Workers are bad as hell. Burgers go crazy. Tim is rocking that fry machine, he can flip my burger any day.

I had to wait 10 minutes for food and there was only 5 of us waiting. The staff are very slow working and can't get a simple order right. What part of no cheese don't you understand, I said I'm allergic and 4 times gave me the order with cheese. I don't think the staff can read. They tried giving the wrong order 3 times to the same lady with her 2 small children. Don't bother coming to this McDonald's got to the the other one in Guildford

It is very easy to place orders through the touch screens displayed but it takes ages to get the food delivered. Fries are not crispy and not hot at all. Complained twice and not yet improved. Staffing are not proportion to the number of costumers which makes customers to wait a lot.There are two other McDonald nearby if you go to friary centre, you have faster service and better sitting area

One of the best fast-food restaurants I've ever been to! Even when I've had an accident by spilling my tea, the staff can get me another one! I've been coming here every Friday and Saturday afternoon to get some lunch, and their new menus are brilliant to use!

Computer touch screen to order food quick and easy to use and navigate. Staff very friendly and polite. The place is spotless very clean. We had the breakfast muffin and one of the new coffees with stuff on top. A good experience the sausage can be a little herby to some people overall not a bad experience.

Lots of ordering screens downstairs and despite being busy orders were processed at a reasonable pace.I saw the place online from the outside being the old Jamie's Italian building and thought it would be a really good layout but it was terrible.No seats downstairs and upstairs layout was cramped and limited.Food was usual Standard.

George was waiting here because he got 2 vegan sausage rolls and came for chips but me and Henry were having a religious ceremony in Guildford but then we did manage to come and we had a mcdonalds burger and chips even though George is vegan and its probably meant to kill animals but it does taste nice and it was nice because it was the first meal we all had together hopefully we will have more meals together one day, George had the McVegan.

Super fast and convenient, the seating area wasn't open since it's during lockdown when I visited. However, ordered through the machine is pretty easy and fast. I tried wrap and it's amazing, but not a fan of McFlurry tbh.
