Good food when eating in. Take away had been hit and miss. Decor and ambiance is good.

Absolutely appalling service. Had to send my wrap back due to being cold, recieved it back wrap still cold. When complained to a member of staff they said they would get their manager to issue a refund however the manager then came over very abruptly arguing that what I was saying was wrong and then in actual fact she cooked my wrap so it was cooked. well I’m sorry if she cooked my wrap it was still cold I am pregnant therefore I can’t eat food that isn’t cooked properly this food was not cooked properly. Absolutely disgusting service.

Food was great, got seated in a short time though my crew and I had to try getting us seats before the staff swung into play. Be sure to be patient for your meal, it could take a while.

Absolutely shocked how I was treated by Steph, who seemed to be the manager.One of her staff, told us to ask a customer to if they can move the table as we were a bigger group.The staff was rude and and shocking service.Avoid at all cost

Most of the time is food is good. Sometimes the chicken is not cooked that well. Overall, I would rate their food 7-7.5 out of 10. My favourite food is their chicken with Barbecue source and garlic bread. The peri-salty chips and chicken wings are good as well. The rest I find is just normal

Just had lunch here today (18th Nov 21) and the food and service were amazing! My elderly parents need to feel comfortable in a place and Sofia and Karine really made that happen. Sofia was quick to clear a downstairs table. Karine didnt judge me when i made an off the menu food choice and both were so friendly. Excellent service. Thank you.

We ordered for collection. The order wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after the assigned collection they had given us. Took our order home then realised we were missing our drinks, the chicken we had ordered as a medium was absolutely plain and the pitta wrap we had ordered was in pieces in the package because they had shoved it in without care. Really poor service which is disappointing as one of my favourite places to eat but definitely will not be going to the Guildford branch anymore.

Fantastic lunch here today. We were advised there was a 20 min wait for a table but we left our details and were sent a txt message saying our table was ready after only about 10 mins of waiting (not bad at all seeing it was a Saturday!) No ordering at the counter anymore, you now just scan a QR code and order / pay straight from your table which was quick and convenient. Food arrived super quickly as was as delicious as Nando’s always is! No Prego steak rolls on the new menu but I tried the new Garlic BBQ boneless chicken thighs and thought they were absolutely lovely. All in all, a super quick and tasty lunch with friendly service so I would highly recommend!

Their veggie food is quite yum! There are always crowded around here, and sometimes barely seats available. You need to order by yourself at the counter and paid there, which is quite convenient. The food doesn’t take much time to be served, also the beer is fine here.
