Absolutely disgusting rude , over charged and when i got it right and said so, I was told give me your card number?! Discussing and rude unbelievable! One star is too good. Dont order from this place, i ended up in tears , 14 hour's work as a carer . Bloody rude people

Ordered with delivery estimate of 55-65 mins, then they changed it to 75-95 mins, at 120 mins (2 hrs) I called and they literally gave me 3 excuses...* the food is still cooking* the driver has not come back* we are very busyOne reason politely explained would be enough so I gave them another 15 mins to get the food to me or cancel order (eg 9.45pm) as I am not going to eat after 10pm when going to bed for work.No food arrived but they did update the app to say it had been delivered at 21:50pmThen at 10:30pm the food turned up 3 hrs after order so I politely send the driver away.I consider this business was not honest in their delivery estimates or excuses and claiming it had been delivered is also dishonest so I will never use them again.

Extremely disappointed. We ordered a meal online to be delivered. An hour later we received an email saying it was cancelled. I phoned and was told they thought it might be a fake order because we had said we would pay cash. They could have asked for payment up front and we would have done that. Instead they wait an hour and just as we are expecting the food to arrive they cancel it. I phoned. No apology at all. Thoughtless and disgraceful service.

Complete joke. Ordered through just eat, they accepted the order then an hour later they cancelled through the app. No explanation, no apology, and they lied to just eat saying we had cancelled the order. Should be avoided at all costs

Best Dim sum ever eaten. Great spring rolls, the pork is absolutely amazing. Did i said best dim sum? Really, never eaten anything better. Their are just good.

Shocking !! Have used this Chinese frequently over last months/year without any problems. Food is always lovely and delivered hot. However recently they have a young boy answering the phone and he is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken too. Last three orders have been wrong - either dishes missing or wrong ones sent . When you call to report this he just constantly says - sorry we are busy nothing we can do - won’t get the food exchanged/right food delivered or refund money just says we will correct it next time but when you call for your next order he says he never said it and won’t provide free dishes . Well this is the 3 rd time it happened last night so won’t be ordering from them again , only continued to do so because we have failed to find another Chinese we like. Really disappointed that this take away has gone down hill so much all because of a child they have answering the phone and by looking at other reviews we aren’t the only ones who think this . Beware if you order from here - you might not get the food you ordered

I would give zero if I could.Very disappointed with my recent order. I have been ordering frequently from this restaurant for 4 years. This evening my food was stone cold, an hour late, and the driver was laughing down the phone telling me to walk 10 minutes down the road to meet him.Called the shop to give them a chance to rectify the situation but they weren't willing to listen.Unfortunately, I have to say it is no longer worth spending your money with this restaurant, I'd try somewhere else.

We have waited 2 hrs to receive a delivery , the owners young son took our order , I feel he is too young to work behind the counter , 5 Times we phoned and still no order promised it was on its way . It’s a shame the food is lovely but I never use them again .

Delicious food, my favourite dish is the duck rolls and the pekin duck.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would, I ordered a takeaway yesterday (13.10.2019) I spent £37.00 I would never recommend this Chinese to anyone. I ordered a portion of spring rolls piping hot at the top frozen in the middle. The ribs were uncooked all the other dishes were full of oil and had a horrible taste
