Perfect Pizza in Guildford

My experience was very good and the staff is very kind and quick. Is a good place if you want cheap pizza. I recommend to try burger pizza, it's my favourite.

Just ordered this through Uber eats.My first time ordering and the order was absolutely amazing. Finally food that actually looks the same as it's pictures!No grease on the pizza, the chicken wings tasted like they was from a restaurant they just melted in the mouth, mozzerella sticks and onion rings just perfect not soggy.Will not be ordering from anywhere else for pizza now!Also ordered this at 1am and u recieved it within less than half hour! Being pregnant and super hungry then opening my door to this beautiful lot of food was just what I needed I look forward to ordering alot more food from this amazing place.Thank you;

Probably the best pizza I've ever had. Dominos, pizza hut, and papa john can all suck this pizzas saucy pepperoni.

Got the medium chicken and chorizo pizza from there about 45mins ago and it was so tasty. Guy serving kind of looked like he didn't want to be there and was hoping to just clean up and leave but, he made the pizza fresh and in front of me in about 10mins or so. Definitely worth visiting this particular pizza place for a takeaway, for sure.

Yesterday sunday 11th of october, arround 00:40 am i went to perfect pizza.Ive been told there were close when in the webside say close tieme is at 1.50 am aprox.So rude the guy been with me.Lazy guy didnt want to cook me a pizza.

I ordered for the second and last time!!!I ordered through website and I haven’t received confirmation email so after 20 minutes i called them just to make sure that they received my order, the guy on the phone was so rude he didn’t even try to understand my question, after he finally found my order he just hung up, very rude people working there, someone should definitely do something, i will never order again!!!

Popped in last night, admittedly as where we wanted to go was shut (hadn't checked the opening times), got 3 of their biggest pizzas, 1 small and 4 sides for only £58. Everyone agreed that it was probably the best takeaway pizza of that type that we had ever had and great value too. Service was also good and very efficient. We will be using you guys again.

I recently ordered from here. I did a deal and recieved all of my food on time. The reason for my 1 star is because of the poor customer service and health and safety. My food arrived and one pizza was burnt, I had about 10 potato wedges in a box (this deal was a large) and was supposed to feed atleast 4 people. I also ordered a desert. The plastic container it came in was smashed and the desert couldn't be eaten. Me and my friends found pieces of plastic in it. Upon phoning the store the guy on the phone was unhelpful and was told "thats just the way it is" and I would have to ring up the next day to speak to the manager. I also kept being told about company policy. They couldn't offer me a refund of another pizza to replace the burnt one that my friend couldn't eat. (my friend doesn't eat meat and the other pizza we ordered had chicken on). I spent almost £40 on a food that couldn't be eaten or was lacking in portion. I email customer service with photos taken of the food and they don't even reply. So don't waste your time with this place because they don't give a damn if your food is burnt or has plastic in it as long as they can take your money.

Edit: I am still quite unhappy with my experience, I did receive a refund.Do NOT order from these people. They charged me for an online order, confirmed the order, took my money and sent me an email also declining the order. I never received the order. I called the next day, and they hardly were able to communicate with me. I'll be initiating a chargeback ASAP, and reporting the merchant to actionfraud if I do need to fully proceed with the chargeback next week. Completely absurd!

Had the worst experience, staff were extremely rude and hung up numerous times while i tried to explain my order. Didn't understand my order correctly even though i specified to cancel a pizza, they made me pay for ALL 3. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
