Pizza GoGo in Guildford

Ordered a pizza from here, next day I was very ill. I should have checked the reviews, this place needs to be closed down. will be reporting to food hygiene agency

Bought a margarita pizza this evening only to get half way through it to discover the base had mould all over it (see dark spots on base of pizza) absolutely appalled by the quality of food. You should avoid this place by all means necessary unless you want to lose a few kilo’s within the evening. Would never order again.

I had an issue with my pizza once, took a little working out but overall they were quite polite and helpful, replacing my order . Food has always been good.

I have ordered a pizza from here on a few occasions and everything has been fine. Good pizza customer service always abrupt though.However, this evening my boyfriend and I walked in to order a large Gogo Pizza and i ordered a small margherita. The guy said it was £18.99. He was like ‘oh you both seem shocked do you want me to charge you extra.’ Neither of us actually said or did anything for him to make such a rude comment. (It was not meant in a joking way either).I asked him how much the small and medium margherita is to work out the best value and he said ‘I’ll give you two pizzas for that price.’ I said I just want to know the difference in price between the two sizes. He said the small was £7.99 and the medium was £8.99.He then repeated ‘do you want me to charge you extra’. To which I stated I’m simply working out what I would like.My boyfriend turned to me before he was about to pay and said ‘shall we go elsewhere?’ I said ‘yes’ the guy muttered something else and I said I think you need to be more pleasant to customers simply trying to order a pizza. To which he acted very rudely in his manner muttered something to me which I couldn’t understand and was walking away why he said this.I have to say I’m pretty shocked at how rude he was. No idea as to why now having just read previous reviews stating very similar experiences. I hope head office read this as there’s plenty of other places in and around Guildford that people will just go to. They’ll just continue to lose business if they don’t sort it out.

They've always had rude people answering their phones.I've had them send pizza menus to my address with certain offers on for particular days where when I actually try to get that on the day it's stated on the menu they say that offer isn't valid they made an error and I can't have it????Also my last visit there yesterday (which will literally be my last now) I went into the shop and got just a £6.99 pizza and gave him £20 and he tried getting away with only giving me £3 back instead of £13... I just said "um" and he knew straight away what I was about to say and gave me the rest. I don't think that was just a genuine mistake I think he was being dodgy but I didn't say anything.I then noticed he had some walts or spots on his hands but he was making the pizza without gloves when he was making it, putting ingredients on it etc... when he saw me briefly looking he gave his hands a really REALLY quick rinse under the tap barely touched his hands with the water and used no soap or anything. When I asked the other worker there about that he didn't seem to care or offer me to at least cancel it as I said politely I might cancel it for that reason but instead it wasn't cancelled.Really the people who serve behind the counter handling money etc...shouldn't also be making the pizza, especially when they've got spots on their hands and aren't wearing gloves!! And it was during the day, it was dead in there apart from me it's not much hassle to just wash hands properly/wear gloves before making 1 pizza.

I ordered a vegetarian beef pizza last four nights ago and to my dismay it turned up two days later with the delivery driver stating that there was a delay in their system. I was not refunded at all and was told that I would get a free pizza and drink next time. I tried to order literally 30 minutes ago and the staff told that I was not eligible for my free pizza unless I bought a medium pizza today, to my outrage the man on the phone started hurling abuse at me and said they will not deal with me anymore. Never ever order from here

Can't fault the pizza, pizza is nice. The service however is not good. I order from here at least once a month, but not anymore. Last month I ordered for a collection and went home to find they gave me the wrong pizza, I called them up and they said that they'll make the right one for me if I wanted to collect it, but I don't live that close so they said that they'll give me a free pizza next time I ordered and to let them know. I then order again for a delivery on a snow day and told them what happened last time. The guy in the phone says "ohhh sorry its not on the system". I wasn't happy but still ordered food at extortionate prices just cause it was snowy outside. I paid £2.49 for a bottle of Coke which is a rip off and the delivery driver forgot it. He said that he'll let them know but I also called them up telling them to put it on the system for next time I order so that I get my Coke as they failed to give me my free pizza. Yesterday I am ordering for a collection and I let them know that they forgot my Coke last time and the guy on the phone then puts his manager on. His manager checks our address and says that it's not on their 'system'. And then says that's he'll give me the coke for £1 even though I paid for it already. I then didn't order cause I was too pissed off with their service. These guys can't keep their word and I suffered from their mistakes. Just cause they were incapable of putting it on their system I didn't get my pizza that they owed me and my coke which I want a refund for. Hopefully head office will see this and try to rectify their mistakes.

Terrible service. Rude and arrogant customer service. Ordered 2 'large' pizzas and what turned up was barely medium by any other company. Always gone here before anyone else but never again. I was told I was lying when I challenged them. We waited an hour for our pizzas, when they turned up so small o called and asked what size they should be. 10 inch for a medium and 12 inch for a large, we could barely measure 11 inches and for a thin crust I would expect bigger but it was infact much smaller. I spoke to a worker and manager and was told I was wrong there's no way it could be that size. He offered to bring 2 boxes to prove me wrong but didn't care about a) being a decent human and sorting my grievance b) providing good customer service and not accusing me of being a liar c) providing us with 2 large pizzas. Don't ever order from here unless you're okay with being hugely overcharged and talked down to!!!

What an absolute disgrace! After ordering two pizzas with five extra dip, I received one pizza and five dip. In which, this pizza had the wrong topping. It had meatballs instead of ham. When I rung the shop, they claimed that I was lying and that I did not order two pizzas and that I was also lying about the meatballs being on the pizza that I see right before my eyes. Furthermore, a question I asked myself was why would I order a medium pizza with 5 dips? I do not need 5 dips. Somebody else agreed to send me a large pizza half and half so me and my friend could eat, in exchange for the first medium pizza. Well you can't resell it??? Moreover, I hope you saw that it had meatballs on it, and should think carefully before insulting and accusing your customers of lying. I am truly disgusted with the service I received.

Delivery said that it would take 30-40 min. It's been over an hour and when my boyfriend rang from a different number to find out where the order was, all what was said is 'it's on it's way' and they hung up. Now unless they are mind readers (in which case they are in the wrong industry) then I am not sure how they know our pizza in particular is on its way. It's late, I'm hungry. They could have been understanding or explained they are running late.
