Really Warm and Welcoming Pub in Shalford Surrey.... Over the years this place has transformed into what it is now... Very Friendly Staff and an all round enjoyable place to visit...

Very nice place to spend evening having a drink. Pub landlord entertaining and friendly. Locals welcoming.

Convenient for the station after a long walk. Fast service. Didn't try the food but menu looked good.

Very welcoming staff that provide a fantastic service. Ok selection of drinks that are reasonably priced.The food is a bit limited on variety, it feels like the menu is trying to be different but it just lacks some more pub snack classics. That's said, the food that is on the menu is good quality and tastes great, I just can see myself finding more than 2 or 3 things that I would order.

We got takeaway from the Queen Vic last night and it was brilliant. Amazing tasty food, friendly service, and even better - no plastic packaging. They take their commitment to the environment seriously without compromising on fantastic food. We'll definitely be getting it again.

First visit since new owners arrived, good big outside space and got a spot without booking. My food order went missing but no big issue and free pint helped compensate, gyros was good but not quite to (the exceptional) Meat the Greek standards.

Great pub, with a good size beer garden, staff were super friendly and helpful as we needed help with the Greek menu in what to choose?The food was delicious and came out at a really good time and in generous portions we had a Gyro each which came with seasond fries mine was the Lamb Zin... summit and my wife had the chicken version along with a side of halloumi chips which were homemade we were told and scrumptious.The drink on offer was a big selection with something to suit every taste.All in all a great find and less than a stone throw from Shalford station, we will definitely visit again.

Friendly traditional family run pub Had to pop in for a stop I couldn't wait until home and cheekily asked to use there facilities. With a smile we were granted access. To be polite we pulled up a stool at the bar and had a drink. Soooo friendly the lady behind the bar and the locals. Included us in a conversation they were midway through. Never been in but definitely will return..

Cozy traditional pub in a very nice area. This is a small pub, but very charming indeed. They also have live music on occasion.
