Starbucks Guildford University - Stag Hill in Guildford

A franchise store rather than a core store. I could not use my Starbucks card or collect points. Apart from that it was acceptable.

The ladies behind the counter should be more welcoming, friendly and smile....

staff is iffy. iffy is too nice actually the service is sad. the staff is very selective with what they want to do and what they dont; they refused to prepare my order the way i wanted it because they ‘simply couldnt’. a few friends of mine who used to work here validated it by telling me that the head staff were, indeed, nasty. so yeah. id give 0 stars if i could.

Have been here a few times. Every time I come, the food that I like is sold out…

Are a Starbucks but do not accept Starbucks gift cards or allow you to get points on the Starbucks app. Quite poor.

I went in for the first time today since Covid and was pleasantly surprised to see the socially distanced measurements put in place. I met a friend in there for a catch up and although it definitely had a different atmosphere (no music, no seating in the main room) it still served as a great social hub for us as it always did. My usual oat milk Latte is expensive so I make sure I make the most of it when I go by sitting in and enjoying the ambience.

A typical Starbucks great for a coffee before or after class. Unfortunately they do not accept payment from the Starbucks app so you will be unable to redeem any rewards. Staff are always friendly, sometimes very very busy so it’s understandable how stressed the baristas must be at points! All around great place on campus

Pretty typical Starbucks, nice coffee. In the centre of the Surrey uni campus so can be difficult to get to if you dont know where you're going, but otherwise very nice and quite during holiday periods.

Absolutely disgraceful that every customer given disposable cups rather than asking customer’s preference. Even more so that this is a global company, a university and filled with young educated staff not committed to being environmental friendly. I urge an immediate review of this.

Clean and comfortable. Do not accept payment using the Starbucks App. Like most Starbucks the take away cups with plastic lid appears to be the default- everyone seated has one.
