What can I say about this place but it's a diamond gem.from the lift that takes you up to the restaurant to the most wonderful welcome.amazing friendly staff to fast efficient staff knowledgeable about the whole menu. Food to die for each dish better than the last one. atmosphere relaxing and authentic. So going again cannot wait.

Amazing restaurant. Beautiful decor and wonderful calm and serene setting.Staff are over the top helpful and so polite.Food was on point, possibly go so far as to say that this was the best Thai I have ever tasted.Well worth a visit.Only four stars due to booking and being given a set time to go between. Seems it could interfere with plans if they're not flexible enough.

I had high expectations of this place but it was very disappointing. I know my food and have lived in Thailand, I have eaten in Thai restaurants all over the world and it’s quiet difficult to find a Thai restaurant that’s not great but I would say this is the worst Thai food I have had. It’s not terrible but it is mostly precooked, meat is very tough and chewy. Mix platter starter was really dry and was either sitting on the pass for 20 minutes or more likely precooked. Chewy spring rolls like yesterdays and leather like dim sum, actually worst dim sum I have ever eaten in my life and I have eaten thousands. Starter platter is not even as good as Marks & Spencers platters I would say and prawn crackers are store bought (shameful) which is unbelievable for a Thai place.Honestly, I have eaten much better buffets and this restaurant can not even touch a Thai street restaurant. It’s quite a big restaurant with lots of covers and I think the kitchen can’t handle cooking fresh for that many covers so they just precook everything and refry it when ordered as food comes out fast. Prices are high and food is nowhere near the standard for theprices. Even the rice was bad!I would never go back as all the little local Thai places I visit are cheaper and better.Menu is uninspired, venue needs refreshing and tired with the brown carpets, decor looks tacky and zero ambience, feels like your in some a buffet restaurant. The staff are very friendly and service is good but food and decor a big disappointment.

I come here only once a year and every year to celebrate special family occasions, not because I don't like the place but because it's incredibly expensive and worthy for only such events. It is the only restaurant in Guildford that I cannot fault as everything is always in place. The staff treat me like family, the food is perfectly made and proportioned, it's always clean and there's plenty of room to move around. My bill is always in the hundreds, but it's worth every penny!

Beautiful decor. Service was excellent. Started with a lychee martini that was excellent. Duck with panang curry was so decedent. Ordered too much and had leftovers and they were kind enough to give extra curry with it! Would highly recommend and will def be going back!

Really enjoyed this place. Excellent service and a really great atmosphere inside the restaurant and on the terrace. The terrace is covered and heated which is great. The food was really good, and beautifully presented! I was hoping the food would impress me a bit more for the price but I can't wait to come back and try this place again. The cocktails looked great too but unfortunately didn't try anything this time.

The perfect meal. Great menu and excellent sercive. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was great. I recommend the Sizzling Duck Panang, it is to die for.

Went here with my work colleagues to have a lunch. Ordered a Vegan Thai Bento which was delicious, I added on the side of that Vegetable Tempura. The food was tasty and I really enjoyed it. Somewhere I'd recommend if you wanted to treat yourself.

We came here about a week ago and overall had a good experience. The food is fresh, the service crisp and the restaurant has a good ambience. The Dim Sum starter was truly outstanding, the other dishes were all safe. If I’m picky it was perhaps a little too formal but that’s a matter of personal taste and the menu was slightly overpriced.
