The New Inn in Guildford

Lovely pub, a great find. Beautiful spot by the river, lovely garden. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was great, large portions and delicious. Highly recommend for families. Will be back!

Sat in the garden overlooking the Wey Navigation where you order at a hut with a table number and the food is brought to you. We only had a snack with drinks but system works really well and the order was delivered really quickly. Our goats cheese tart was really good.

Love this pub! The food is delicious and staff is very friendly, they're always smiling when we're there. They are excellent with food allergies, which is very important for us. Their garden place is nice to sit out, idillic with the canal right next to it. Also had lots of fun on their bingo night! Although I don't have a dog, it's nice to see they're a dog friendly pub too! I highly recommend this place.

Really good choice of food for family and kids. Right by the river so great in the summer. Parking was OK but can be really busy when it's hot. Dog friendly too.

My wife and I popped in for lunch while cycling on the Wey navigation.. hungry and thirsty we found the service food and drink at the New Inn to be just the ticket. The garden beside the Navigation is a lovely place ..and the parasol provided gave respite from the hot sun ... big thanks to staff for the service.

Bank holiday....plenty of room outside, friendly staff, food lovely and well priced with a very clear menu and specials. Quick polite service with good food. Would recommend.

It firstly surprised me that we got a table on such a beautiful sunny day. The young staff running around were super polite and helpful. Food was quick, drinks a little slower but given how busy they were you could see why. Excellent little find and will be back. To make it even better the doggies could join and were even given little treat packs.

A lovely friendly pub by the river, lovely atmosphere, great food, great welcome. Dog friendly as well.We were passing through on a narrowboat holiday. Good mooring. So probably won't be back any time soon, unfortunately. But highly recommend. 😀👌👍

What a great meal and service the Sunday lunch amazing veg just right not cooked to a pulp had the trio of roasts lamb beef and chicken wasn't expecting half a chicken 3/4 slices of beef and lamb all cooked really well.Just great food at great price thank you

What a wonderful place to chill and eat. I have ceoliac disease and they catered exceptionally well for me. On our river journey ate there twice and our food was excellent. Will definitely visit again if in the area !
