The Snooty Fox in Guildford

Nice little cafe. I popped in for a bacon sarnie and hot chocolate which was very tasty. Fast, friendly service.

First visit with a friend and it was lush! Absolutely hands down the best eggs benedict and a decent sized cup of tea. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough....I will tell everyone!I'm just very sorry Snooty Fox, I've driven past the place so many times over the years and not ventured in. But I will be back ASAP to try the cake....and more eggs benedict! 😁😁😁😁 lovely and friendly staff too.

Great cafe and coffee shop, especially for walkers on the move! As well as fantastic sandwiches, The Snooty Fox have their own app for you to pre-order drinks, sandwiches etc. and handy little collection counter.

Unorganised service, priced beyond abilityAbsolutely rubbish.Ordering was a proper mission.Had to sit outside at a table behind 2 big blue bins for a view.My food came out…was duly eaten then about 15 mins after I finished my daughters was ready by which time we opted to take it away. #clueless

We have been coming to this lovely place for many years but sadly I feel today will be the last time. From being barked at the moment you step inside the door to being asked 3 times "if you want a sandwich you need to be down the other end" the whole experience felt so rushed and stressful. The manager or lady in charge was rushing around like it was Picadilly circus adding to what was already a chaotic atmosphere.The breakfast was 5* as always. A shame that everything else wasn't. Being made to feel valued and not a hindrance used to be this teams top priority. Sadly I feel that is no longer the case. Times have changed yes..Sadly so have businesses.

£4.50 to have a baguette with microwaved bacon and sausage. What a rip off for food that isn't even nice. No vegan options as the kitchen is closed yet they had toast and avocado at the counter so why couldn't they do what I ordered?? Used to be a lovely place.

The place looks like a prison as you walk in. No Vegan cakes, staff couldn’t hear me. Ordered an oatly flat white, received a large, one shot extra hot latte! Assumption of paying by card. Wont go again

Ordinary cafe. Extraordinary prices. Two simple granary sandwiches, one brownie, one cookie, two coffees (from an automatic machine) and a soft drink - £26. Pricing based on its useful location, definitely not it’s food.

I must admit that I was a little disappointed with the overall quality of my breakfast, given the price. Most of the items were luke warm, the exception being the halloumi which was piping hot. I suspected that it had been plated up and then the chef realized that the halloumi was missing, so quickly fried some but did not put the plate in a hot place to keep everything warm.

Visited The Snooty Fox yesterday to eat breakfast in the cafe. We were surprised and disappointed that the breakfast and drinks were served on/in takeaway plates and cups. Of course, I appreciate the current situation we are in with Covid-19 but we also have a big issue concerning the environment. The amount of waste contributing to this just within this cafe is absurd. The breakfast itself was pretty nice but overpriced - £21 for 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees!We do believe we may have been charged the 7% service fee as well which they do not tell you (only in small lettering around the place) - but they don’t show you your order and the cost breakdown. The lady who served us was very nice but felt the whole experience was let down by the price and how the breakfast was served to us. I feel it would actually be more safe/hygienic to use normal plates/cutlery and use a dishwasher than use takeaway plates when they’re being handled just the same. Shame really as it was a nice place and a nice breakfast.
