The Weyside in Guildford

I think this outside drinking spot is the prettiest in Guildford which is why it has 3 stars.The food is average and they often run out of things.The on app ordering is very handy as the bar never has enough staff so service is slow.Access-wise, there are LOTS of stairs so not great for less able bodied people.

Really great experience here. My friends and I managed to get an outside table overlooking the river after we'd finished a walk and the Weyside was the perfect place to end up! They have a good selection of drinks (including no/low alcohol beers) and the menu has a surprising large amount of vegetarian/plant based options to choose from! The service was decent and the food was excellent too. Lots of covered heated spaces as well if colder.

Fabulous pub in a great setting, the outside snugs with their own fireplaces is a lovely surprise. They were short of staff when I arrived so I decided to sit outside and order from the Youngs' app - life pro tip right there

Excellent Pub and restaurant on the bank of the River Wey. Various sections and design of this pub allows for intimate lunches and dinners, larger groups of people for birthdays etc, and a massive area to watch big sports events (rugby matches for eg). We booked a ‘boathouse’ section of the restaurant for my wife’s birthday. It had a cozy fireplace and even space for our dogs, and a group of 8 people. Service was excellent, manager constantly doing his rounds, serving tables, and making the experience as relaxed as possible. This is definitely a must visit for anyone in the area.

We had a lovely Christmas meal at the Weyside with friends. We booked in advance and the staff were incredibly helpful and made our meal really special. We were also impressed with the options available for those of us with allergies (although sometimes you have to ask). Thanks Weyside!

Great experience!! The staff were superb, thank you! Great location for events, weddings, corporate dinners etc. Also an absolutely stunning place to just sit by the river and have lunch. The interior is warm and cozy with great views overlooking the river. The first time I came here i didn't have a great time... however, the staff went above and, beyond to make our experience extra special this time around and, for that we are extremely grateful! Can't wait to visit again. Thank you management and, everyone at the Weybridge.

Lovely surroundings, large Beer Garden and service with lots of smile. The Sunday Roast was equally deserving of the plaudits. 5 stars !!

A lovely riverside pub in Guilford. Great service, tasty food and a lovely view. If you’re looking for a good spot with both indoor and outdoor seating - this is it.

Lovely place to sit near the river and have Sunday lunch. Quite expensive but worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff too. And the guy singing on the terrace was amazing

Great place in Guildford! Fantastic view along the river! There is plenty of choice on the food menu. Sunday roast is a must try here. They also have a burger shack ! Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff ! Will definitely recommend it !
