Tiffins in Guildford

We were initially very pleased as the order total wasn't as much as we usually spend at our local Indian and it did arrive fairly quickly. However the food ranged from stale to raw.The onion bhajis were stale and the pilau rice was lukewarm and bland. The dry chicken tikka looked lovely however when it was cut into it was clearly not cooked properly as it was still very pink on the inside.As raw chicken is a health and safety issue we called Tiffins to raise a complaint, notify them of the other issues and asked for the food to be picked up. They took our details but we received no apology and were told as the manager was out he would call us on Monday when he is back.

Ordered a meal from the resturant direct. Initially it took 2 different people to speak to and a 5 min wait to have my order processed and paid for. Food arrived about an hour later. The order was missing an item so i called the resturant.. Again on the phone spoke to 2 people and there was lots of confusion in the background at the resturant. Went over with them what was missing and found the guy on the phone rude and not helpful. After about 5 mins I was told they would bring the missing food out to me even though he knew I was lieing as the item left the restaurant with the order. When challenged about his rude tone and abrupt manners I was told to not order from them again. Its really a shame. We've ordered for over 2 years from the resturant for over two years without an issue. It seems a real shame this has happened. Its not how to treat your customers..... Genuinly baffled by your response all round. I was not rude at all. Sorry you feel its ok to conduct and run a business like you do. Abuse isn't acceptable towards others... Especially customers.

I Placed an order a couple weeks ago for delivery. This was the first time i ordered from them. When the food arrived the portions were very generous. It was delicious and not greasy at all.

Ordered food last nightPart of the order:There was an item that was clearly made from frozen i.e. the pastry had exploded and was inedible.Tried to call for simple replacement even would of driven to restaurant, unfortunately they closed up. Called again today and was told manager would call back in evening. Call didn't come, was told manager left and no one could do anything -_-

I don't understand the bad reviews at all.Just received my order and ordered 20 minutes before they closed so was very happy they accepted. I asked if they could swap a curry from the deal for 2 which they have happily done.My meal came very hot all there and tastes amazing. I'm glad people don't like it means I can have it all🤣Made a pregnant woman very happy! Thank you for my delicious meal and I will continue to order with you as I always do!Thank you Tiffin's! Ordered a take away....food was 45 minutes late, stone cold, some dishes were wrong and the lady who delivered in the end had a car full of people. Was too late to complain as it was delivered after they had closed. NEVER again and we wasted £60 with NO compensation 😡

How are you still in business! Our usual Indian take away was closed last night so tried Tiffins. We wish we didn't! Our food was over an hour late. Called the restaurant several times just to get the same rude response 'the driver is 5 mins away' clearly a lie after 3 times of ringing! The luke warm food arrived with missing items. Went straight in the bin!! AVOID!

Order it from Just eat, food never arrived. Tried to call the restaurant but the person I spoke with was just rude and did not help in any way. Did not gave me is name and hanged up the phone twice. Was 70£ order that I did not had. I truly hope they change their staff or close for real. Never been so badly served in this country.

We have been ordering Tiffins as a take away for months and yesterday we went to the sit in restaurant for the first time. Service was superb and the food was amazing as always! This might be our new fav Indian restaurant in Guildford!
