Tortilla Guildford in Guildford

Every time I visit they refuse to make quesadilla so why is it even on the menu? I specifically drove into town for a third time now to order food for the family, because they don't answer the phone for pre-orders, don't have the quesadilla online and if I order theough a courier the food comes cold and soggy. Apart from this in the few occasions I managed to order the food was fresh. This however was my last visit

Asked for a vegan quesadilla, then asked what meat I wanted and given regular cheese. I was then informed that they can’t make quesadillas without cheese. This should be specified and I feel like training in what constitutes as vegan is essential.Had the tres tacos instead only for them to fall apart in my hands. Will not be returning that’s for sure.

We placed an order for collection which hadn’t been started when we arrived to collect it. It took another 20 minutes before it was ready. Got home and discovered there was no salsa, sour cream, cheese, jalapeños… half the order was missing. I couldn’t get through on the phone and my email asking for a refund has been ignored.

Lovely and friendly staff who made up an amazing burrito that I thoroughly enjoyed. Great food and great service! What more can you ask for 😀

Great service and food is delicious. Really friendly staff. Never had any problems. The burritos are incredible. Nice atmosphere and perfect for a quick meal or take out.

I’m a big fan of burritos, but I didn’t really enjoy the ones I had on the day visited. The portions are small, meat was cold. Not as tasty as I expected. I don’t think I’ll come again. Also, no one cleans tables after the customers leave, feels a bit dirty.

Placed an online order. It wasn't even in progress when we arrived to pick it up. Got home to find £12 worth of food missing. No answer on phone when rang. Rang 5 times. Will have to drive back into town to sort out a refund. Just a little hacked off

This was my first ever visit to Tortilla, and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing. Fresh and so tasteful. 3 of us each having something different, had a lovely meal. No complaints. The staff were friendly. I will definitely be going back and will not stop telling anyone who listens.

Exceptional.Everyone loves a burrito.But... The service was above and beyond, notably the male manager who was exceptional. He was also so kind, made a bespoke order for my 3 year old and then went on a gave us some churros on the house. - which were great.We had a good time. Will definitely be back.

Quick service, friendly staff and fresh tasty food. I hadn't been before and asked for recommendations which the staff were happy to give but everything they recommended was 'extra'. I was more bemused than annoyed but do be aware that the wide choice of ingredients on offer is not without a cost. You can't book tables.
